I was nervous about ordering from moonside after Reading the ratings on trustpilot - but everything went smooth. I bought Neon Hex LED and it arrived Yesterday. I Got a shipment link so I could follow my order all the Way.

SCAM DO NOT BUY
They don't deliver anything and won't cancel or refund either. Plus they delete all comments on instagram and their website and will blatantly ghost you when you try to ask about your shipment through email and instagram posts.

I ordered the Neon Hex which is an okayish product in comparison to products from big names like Nanoleaf or Govee. It took almost 2 month to arrive but that's no big deal for me since deliveries from China to european countries are often a little late.

Quality wise it's a mixed bag. It doesn't look and feel SUPER cheap but some panels have slight scratches and the AC plug was dirty.
The biggest problem is one panel that had a faulty LED right out the box. I contacted the customer service and never received an answer. Then I posted a complaint under an Instagram post.
My post got deleted but they dm'd me and promised me a replacement. This was in January.
I have not received anything. I double-checked but all I'm getting are automated responses that "team members will get back to me as soon as possible"
Yeah. They don't.
Every once in a while I check their Instagram and there are more people complaining but their comments also get deleted on a regular bases.
I would not recommend ordering anything from Moonside design unless you REALLY like their products and are okay with quality issues and no customer support.

I had a few questions about my purchases and the moonside team were very helpful and patient with me. They really went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed to make the light works perfectly with my smart home system. I love feeling taken care of as a customer and your team definitely made that happen for me. Thanks so much for providing such great service.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to the amazing moonside neon lighthouse. They are seriously the coolest thing I've added to my home in a long time! The setup was super easy and I love being able to control the lights with my phone or voice commands. Plus, the quality of the lights is top-notch - they're bright without being harsh, and they look great in my space. I'm seriously impressed and would definitely recommend these smart lights to anyone.

Scammers.
Opened a clain with paypal, since nothing was arriving after a month. They shipped "something" two days before the claim was about to end... the item never arrived after almost two months.
Their tracking says they attempted a delivery but nobody was at home, which is a blatant pathetic lie.
Claim still opened, this guys are just plain scammers, avoid them.
They also cancel negative reviews on the website.

DO NOT BUY IT!!!!

I ordered the lamp since August 8 and paid express shipping, to this day it still does not arrive and according to the AfterShip app the package has not even been sent and the "24 hour" Moonside customer service does not answer my messages, at first if they did, but they stopped. I don't know if the product will arrive or not and I can't ask for a refund either since they don't answer me.

I tried to leave this same comment on the moonside page as a review, but turns out that the reviews on their site are filtered so if you give a one star rating, they won’t publish it

Worst Company ever. They are shipping junk products from China and the delivery time is more than 5 weeks. Absolutely insane. Save your money don't spend it here cause not worth it.

I love the lamp! Customer service is quick and helpful.
