Moonrockgems Recenzje

Love my MoonRock gems, I recommend them to everyone! I wish the glue came in like a syringe or something for easier application but other than that, I’m please w the quality and service 🫶🏼 two orders already, and I’ll def be back for more!

Good delivery time and great products

Order 48 days ago and they refuse to answer why it’s taken so long and where my order is. Would not recommend, appalling customer service

love the product, good quality, wayyyy to expensive and you guys dont sell anything individually other then the gems which is dissapointing from a brand so good.

Very good product and easy to use
And fast delivery

Great product!

Such beautiful gems, easy to apply and they stay on for a while depending on how you look after them!!

Will be purchasing another set soon, Can’t wait to try it 😌

the instructions where a bit confusing and i think i had random extra parts but i kinda jst guessed and it all worked really well. the gems are so pretty and im praying these last

The product came about a week after I ordered, it was easy to use and genuinly worked!

Amazing , such quick shipping , been using these for a year x

I ordered a butterfly kit on June 24th. I even paid €7 for express shipping, and to date, nothing has arrived!
I've sent emails, but received no response. I've never experienced anything so rude!

Avoid extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Placed an order 5 days ago, delievery stated 2-3 within the UK, I needed them by a certain date. I’ve sent 2 emails and messaged on Instagram, I’ve recieved no reply, no tracking number and no order. I want a refund, no longer needed! Don’t bother, go else where!

SCAM! Never recieved my order. Ive emailed 3 times with no response and DMd on instagram with no response. The phone number they attatched in their website doesnt work. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I ordered the kit on May 23rd amd my order was supposed to arrive between the 6th and 11th of June. The shipping status has been the same ever since i purchased the kit. No one answers to any emails or dms on instagram. They first answered after i involved paypal because i want a refund. They said they’ll ship my order within 24 hours it’s now been 2 1/2 days and once again nothing. Don’t purchase truly one of the worst shopping and customer service experience ever.

HONEST REVIEW!!
I stuck my gems on just over a month ago and they’re still on!! I’m honestly so pleased as I’ve tried other tooth gems in the past and they’re still would only last about a week but WOW these gems are not budging! Even with hard brushing they are still intact. 10000% recommend. Follow the steps provided and you won’t be disappointed.

Moon Rock Gang!

I waited to write a review, because I wanted to see how long the gem would stick to my tooth, and I can say that I’m not disappointed at all! I placed one gem on a tooth on the 15th of february, and yesterday (15th of april) it stayed on for exactly two months. I brush my teeth at least three times a day, and not once did it came off! Only downside, is that they don’t give you a tracking code (or at least, they didn’t give one to me, but I read a few other reviews with the same issue), but the shipping is pretty fast.
