We use RM48 for our free shipping option which is normally very reliable. However on this occasion it has unfortunately taken considerably longer which is disappointing for you and also for us as we pride ourselves on exceptional coffee and exceptional customer service. I am pleased to see that according to the tracking reference, your order has now arrived, so I hope you will be able to enjoy your coffee in the sunshine. If you decide to place an order with us again, there are 2 quicker options for postage you might like to consider - RM24 for orders under 2kgs, or the Parcel Force 24 hour service for orders over 2kgs which can be selected at the checkout, so we hope you will consider Moon Roast for future coffee purchases. We had a lovely trip out to the Moon…
We had a lovely trip out to the Moon Roast roastery at a Chilton Manor Farm to collect our latest coffee order. We normally have the coffee delivered but we thought we would drive down to see the roadside snowdrops.
The coffee was ready to collect and we had a nice coffee and cake in the courtyard restaurant next to the roastery. We are already drinking the coffee and it is up to its usual very high standard. Definitely worth a trip out to the roastery if you are in the area!

The delivery was on time, the beans are difficult in my machine to get the best results with the grind size to get the best results, but so far the coffee is not bitter and quite smooth. I will probably be back for another bean

Amazing service as always
Amazing service as always. I paused my subscription after I was given some coffee for Christmas but I got through that quicker than expected. The guys restarted my subscription and sent out a bag of coffee that same day.

Excellent and delicious

Great coffee delivered well
We buy Moonshot coffee for mornings and Decaf Columbian for later. Both as whole bean. They are reliably good, freshly roasted and delicious. We subscribed recently and delivery has been efficient, with notifications to remind us it’s on the way.
We would recommend.
