Lovely card - just what I was looking for, and it was very well received!
Liked being able to personalise. Thank you
Not received waiting to see if the second one arrives.
I am very disappointed as my card has not been delivered. It was for my son and his girlfriend to congratulate them on getting their new home. Can someone from Moonpig contact me please.
Great service
Recipient was over the moon with the card and the QR recording as the extra touch .
I ordered two cards last week, one two days before the other and they have still not received them. I ordered a birthday card last October and it took TEN days to arrive. My niece sent me a birthday card for the end of November and that also took TEN days. Needless to say I won’t be using Moonpig again.
Ordered on the app and it wasn’t customised to what I entered, So very poor. When I spoke to customer services, they were excellent and reordered via the website and all was great!
