Product was never delivered - such a shame for my dad to have missed his treat for Father's Day.

The card was fine. The delivery was not. I paid extra to ensure it arrived on Father's Day. It arrived the following Tuesday! Not impressed.

Father's Day card delivered 3 days late. Despite my request for them to cancel and refund me when the original order didn't arrive they just reprinted it and sent it out late.

The card was fine as it always is. But the delivery isn’t. I ordered a card for Father’s Day on the Wednesday and wanted it to come on the Saturday (the day before) and it came on the Monday. Not the first time either.
