This was a really good deal, so I ordered it for my brother's birthday, however one of the beer cans must have exploded at some point, therefore both card & packaging was ruined, it's a shame because it was a really good gift.

Still not received it. Stuck at Midlands hub with Royal Mail since 00.30 on 3/6/26 !!!!!!!!

When a box is labelled Fragile and arrives to the gift receiver looking like this then feedback is required. Poor show. Blame whomever you need to but it was ordered from Moonpig so it’s you it reflects badly on. Update. Present now opened. Product damaged. Money back please. 2 of the beer cans arrived punctured. Did Royal Mail decide to throw it off their van as it drove past?

This gift was ordered on 7 April with delivery date scheduled 10 April (the recipient's birthday). I did not hear anything from the recipient about having received it. I eventually decided I should check they received this and the card I had sent via moonpig on 22 April (assuming they had, but had forgotten to say thank you) and was horrified to discover it had not been sent/delivered. I reported this via the AI chatbot channel and discovered that it had not been received by the Royal Mail (i.e. not dispatched or lost by Moonpig). AI chatbot reordered the items. If the items eventually arrive, they will be more than 2 weeks late - I am very dissapointed.

Unfortunately one of the cans of beer had been punctured in transit and spoiled the packaging and left the birthday card stained

Awful. Never received the product, and impossible to find out where it is. Can contact anyone, will never use Moonpig again, As I write this I am still at a loss as to where my item is, how to locate it, and who to contact. Totally bewildering!

I had the parcel delivered, the blue box was fine, then I opened the brown box and I could hear one of cans. I opened the house box and it was wet. One of the cans had been penetrated and soaked the house box. This was a gift for a colleague who has under gone an operation, convalescing at home. Therefore I went to his house empty handed, with only his card. Thankfully the card was OK. I would like Moonpig to address this matter, to the best of their ability. It is the first time I have used Moonpig. My colleagues and myself would like an upgrade, to the next gift box, including ales. It was very disappointing.
