Sent as gift, arrived broken and recipient sent me photos, MP refused to accept photos and wanted more, as recipient lives too far from me and elderly and resent photos where no better, they refused to do anything. When paying a premium price id expect the item to to turn up and not be snapped in half and certainly would expect any reputable company to sort with as little fuss as possible. Terrible customer service, will never use again.

Much smaller than I thought. The Courier threw the package over the wall so the recipient was lucky it didnt break.
