Despite ordering the card by the deadline stated, the card did not reach the recipient in time for Mother's Day. It arrived late.

I love Moonpig. I was late making my mother's day cards so paid for recorded delivery and they arrived the next day 5*'s from me Everytime!
Product came exactly how I designed it and I’m happy with it so is my wife who received it however despite being told it would arrive in time for Mother’s Day (Sunday) it did not arrive till the Wednesday after and when it had arrived it was also damaged from transport
Never fails me excellent
Awful delivery and customer service reply was awful as well
Good card however it didn’t arrive on the time it said it was going to
Didn’t even receive the card or a refund!
10/10 mom loved it
Card was nice but it took nearly a week to arrive so I missed getting it to my mum for Mother’s Day.
Card was only delivered today, almost a week after it was supposed to be so missed Mother’s Day
Never received card and missed Mother’s Day
Mother in law was delighted with the photo card on Mother’s Day reminding her of previous holidays.
Great card but unfortunately was delivered the day after Mother’s Day even though I ordered it a week before 1st class delivery
