The card I ordered and paid a lot if money for has not arrived. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday 7th November for my daughters 50th birthday. I had an email from you to say it was being processed. I am really cross as her day was spoilt by not receiving a card from me on her special day. I could have purchased 50th birthday card from the Card Factory. It would have been a lot cheaper and my daughter would have received it. I want a full refund from you today. Please respond.
