Did not receive my order and there is no Customer Service contact other than online chat with AI that does not correctly relate information. Will never order again from this company

Very disappointed that order did not get there on day requested but was delivered 3 days afterthe event which made it a waste of my money and time.
Ordered a week ago but have not received my card and have has been no correspondence to say there was a delay. Now the card I ordered hasn't got to the person on time, so it is pointless Moonpig can't use the excuse of Mother's Day orders to justify the slow/ non-delivery. Obviously I wouldn't recommended Moonpig to anyone and of course I won't be using them again. But apart from that...
