I have always rated Moonpig as excellent, however, on thus occasion I am aghast at the card which was delivered with a burn mark! Please refer to photos. I gave to add that no one in our household smokes. I would appreciate a response to this?

Very appropriate card to congratulate our grandson on his amazing A level results. Your app made it easy to locate his face from part of a photo into the centre of the star. Great job!
Yes the product was good but prices need to come down slightly other than that it's good service
Excellent quality and speedy delivery.
Exactly what I wanted
Great service, fast delivery and a super selection of cards including some as Gaeilge.
The quality was not as great as it looks
Simple classy card. Good quality
