Card for my brother never arrived even though I paid extra for postage. I sent a separate one with his present in the end.

Love Moonpig, your cards are always high quality, so easy to navigate and order your personalised card, this one was sent straight to my son in law for his birthday, as they live up north, so I didn’t see it but they really loved it thank you

Missed my partner's birthday on a tracked 24 this card took 5 days to arrive and Moonpig customer service was shameful. No help what so ever not even a refund to my account only a credit note on there website that I said I didn't want as I wouldn't be using there services again

Unable to rate as yet again another card has not arrived. Have paid standard postage to have delivered direct to recipient - nothing yet, 5 days late and counting. Really disappointed, seems that Royal Mail have let you down yet again. Why should I have to pay nearly £2 on top to guarantee someone receiving a card via recorded delivery? Think you will definitely suffer if Royal Mail is so unreliable. Money down the drain for me, and it's totally ruined the occasion. Cheers Moonpig!!
