I paid extra for guaranteed delivery on 10th June. Card did not arrive until 12th June. Very disappointing especially as Moonpig are based on the small island of Guernsey which was also where the card was addressed to.

Item was requested to be delivered on a date and it's now not being delivered until 2 days after. I won't use you again

Can’t comment as never received and ordered well before date needed Very disappointed And yet guaranteed delivery for Valentine’s Day if orders were placed before 9pm the night before, 6 days on and still not received

It hasn't been delivered yet, I went on online chat was 22'in the queue, 15 mins later was 21 in the queue, understand resource is limited, but this is not satisfactory.
Was sent to Australia for my cousins 50th, having been a bullseye fan growing up he loved it
