I am sorry to hear about the delay in the reimbursement of your pending funds.
To further clarify the purchase process, when we process an order the first step is that we ask your bank to "block" the money off in your account. This is to make sure you have enough funds for the purchase, without the funds actually ever leaving your account.
When an order is not completed for any reason, we reverse this message to your bank, so the money stays in your account. Please note it can take up to 10 business days, however, this may occasionally take longer for your bank to make the charge disappear from your statement. If that is the case, we suggest you chase this with your bank.
Additionally, we do not receive any fees for refunded transactions.
As this is an internal process dictated by your bank, we are unfortunately not able to accelerate or affect this in any way.

Nie jestem zadowolona opłaty od zarobku powinny być realizowane po przelewie od was albo powinniście samo je potrącać. Jestem biedną osobą chorą na nowotwór osobą, chciałam zarobić i spłacić kredyt i mieć pieniądze na leczenie a tak wydałam na opłaty Ok. 6000 tys. złotych i to jeszcze nie koniec.
Proszę o umożliwienie mi dokonania opłaty w kwocie 1700 zł po przelewie od państwa.
