I’ve not had Reiki before but am a big advocate of physical touch as a an alternative to talking therapy. I went with an open mind and I was blown away by Sophie’s talent.The session was so relaxing and profoundly meaningful. The treatment room is beautiful in a calm spot in her garden which, feels very restorative. If you’re looking for a holistic treatment I highly recommend Moon Baby Healing.

I recently had a Reiki healing session with Moon Baby Reiki Healing, and it was such a calming and positive experience. From the moment I arrived, Sophie made me feel completely safe, comfortable, and cared for. She has such a gentle and calming energy that instantly put me at ease.

The session itself was incredibly relaxing and emotional in the best way. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and much more balanced both mentally and emotionally. Sophie took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and created such a peaceful environment throughout.

I recently had my first ever Reiki session with Sophie and honestly, I didn’t really know what to expect beforehand. I’m not a particularly spiritual person, so I wasn’t sure whether Reiki was something you had to fully “believe in” for it to work — but I went into it open-minded and willing to give it a try.

From the moment I arrived, Sophie made me feel completely at ease. Her Reiki space is so calming, cosy and comfortable — it instantly makes you relax. It smells amazing too, which just adds to the whole experience. Sophie took the time to explain exactly what Reiki is, what to expect during the session, and how you absolutely don’t need to be spiritual, just open-minded.

As someone who works three jobs and is constantly busy, I really wanted something that would help me properly switch off and relax for once — and it genuinely did just that. I found the whole session incredibly relaxing and peaceful.

One of the really interesting parts was afterwards, when Sophie talked through some of the things she had picked up on during the session. Some of them were honestly quite crazy because they related to things that had recently happened in my life that she couldn’t possibly have known about beforehand. And hopefully some of her premonitions come true too… especially the ones about money and success! Haha.

I would highly recommend Sophie to anyone considering Reiki, even if you’re unsure about it like I was. She is such a warm, welcoming and wonderful person. I’ve also attended her meditation sessions and lyrical dance classes before, and she always creates such a safe and relaxing environment. I truly wish her all the best with this new venture because she deserves every success. X

I came to Sophie as I have been drawn to trying holistic healing for some emotional support and some physical issues I have been dealing with. From the minute I arrived to the minute I left, I felt supported and cared for by Sophie. I had a reiki session with Sophie. The ambience and peacefulness of her treatment room was so relaxing and calm. Just walking in I felt more relaxed. There was a glass of water ready prepared for me and we sat and had a chat about how things were to start with. I have never had reiki before, Sophie clearly explained to me what was going to happen. I found it a relaxing and calming experience and her thoughts afterwards of what she’d picked up were spot on. And lots of helpful tips as to how to be more balanced that week. I really enjoyed it! And felt very comfortable.

I had an incredible chakra healing and balancing session with Sophie, and it truly made a difference in how I feel.

Before the session, I was feeling stuck and in a constant funk. After working with her, I felt sense of ease, lighter, more relaxed, and clear minded. It was like a mental and emotional reset. I also noticed a new sense of drive and motivation that I hadn’t felt in a long time.

Sophie created such a calm, safe, and welcoming space. Her energy is grounding, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people heal and realign. The experience was not only relaxing, but deeply transformative.
