I have already submitted a formal complaint to their support email, but I have received no meaningful response.
This is completely unacceptable. I request immediate processing of my withdrawal and a clear explanation of the delay.

I have been waiting 18 days to be payed out my 230 dollars in winnings. When you win you should be paid out in a reasonable amount of time. I was told I'm prioritized with accounting and that they are aware of the delay. I made the withdrawl on March 17 it is now April 04.
