I did not if I was going find what I was looking for but when I did they were first to answer the phone and that's who got my order. They where to deal with and answered all of questions which several. The person I dealt with very helpful and was greatly appreciated. You where the second call I made and the other call had left a message.

Horrible customer service. Beware that any issue you have will be ignored. Their customer service agent 'Aaron' will hang up on you and not answer the phone. Their promised (and paid for) delivery time was extended by 2 weeks. When a 94 year old is trapped with a broken scooter, the expectation is that the item will be delivered as promised. I even requested that they contact UPS to return the item as it was still in Colorado and they flatly refused as it wasn't their 'policy' . UPS confirmed the item could be returned back to them. I then sent a request to get a refund for the delivery fee that they didn't honor. No answer to that as well. Overall look for another place for needed scooter parts.

Madison in customer service needs training in customer service!!! Very rude!! I ordered a battery pack for a scooter fully assembled. Battery did not work when I got it. Had to take it to a mobility store to see what was wrong with it. The batteries on the inside were reversed which caused it not to work. Also as soon As we picked it up the handle broke off. I was told by Madison well you got the battery fixed so what's the issue. The issue is my time wasted getting it fixed when it should have come ready to install!!! And she also said we broke the handle on purpose....how by picking it up with the shitty handle??? These parts are cheaply made and they charge a lot for them. Very poor customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!

If I could give them no stars I would but I want to make sure they get a crappy review because we received product that was broken and damaged and they will not replace. Don't do business with this company they don't stand behind their products just order from Amazon and don't let Amazon get it from this company.

The entire experience from ordering to delivery to using the product, has been an absolute delight.
The product, a battery charger, has performed exactly as I expected. The normal charger sent with my wife's wheelchair, from a different vendor always got dangerously hot from being sized too close to need. This charger is designed correctly with heavy duty wire and now having a 4x safety margin never gets even warm!

Monster Scooter Parts’ website made it appear that a specific Maxxis tire was in stock, but when I called, I learned they did not actually stock it and only special-order it. This was especially frustrating because Maxxis had directed me to Monster Scooter Parts based on the listing, apparently unaware that they didn't actually have the tire.

When I questioned the listing, they emphasized that they were “just customer service” and not manufacturer technicians. That was irrelevant: I wasn't asking for technical or compatibility advice. I simply asked whether they actually had the listed product in stock and what product the listing represented.

It turns out they are essentially a drop shipper: you pay them first, and then they attempt to source the product from the manufacturer. In this case, I had already contacted Maxxis directly and gotten an answer about availability for free, without giving Maxxis my address or payment information. Monster Scooter Parts would not check availability with Maxxis unless I placed an order with them first, which defeats the purpose of their supposedly available inventory.

The site also advertised free shipping on orders over $119, but these tires were excluded; that wasn't apparent until I added them to my cart.

They ultimately acknowledged the listing was inaccurate and updated it to show the tire as discontinued. The experience nevertheless wasted my time and gave me a false impression that an otherwise unavailable tire could actually be purchased from them.

Perfect fit batteries and harness. Kids go-kart is up and running again

My brothers mobility scooter had very old tires and one of them went flat. I put Slime in the tube so he could at least drive to his cafeteria. I ordered 3 tires and tubes from Monster, 2 for the rear, and 1 ribbed tire for the front. They fit perfectly and installation went smooth and easy. Now my brother has dependable tires and can leave his facility to travel to a nearby grocery store. Monster had the exact tires and tubes and delivered them quickly. Thanks.

Well they look good but they don't replace the oem parts. The original were in a plastic insert and yours don't fit in them.

This company is customer service minded. I inadvertently ordered the wrong part, I emailed them once and they quickly responded and canceled the order with no hassle. After ordering the correct part, I received in a reasonable time frame. It was exactly what I wanted and worked perfectly.
