On Tuesday, March 17th, I ordered 20 storm blue carpet tiles from this company. Although the payment was successfully processed, I have not yet received an invoice or a reference number for tracking the delivery. The following day, I reached out to customer service using the contact number provided on your website and explained my situation to a representative. She confirmed that my order was received and DHL were delivering the order and she then requested to verify my email address, which was already included in the order details. She assured me that she would send the necessary information, but I am still awaiting its arrival.

Bad experience with this company
Bad experience with this company . I order an item which was needed asap. They sent through the wrong items and refused to give me the items I ordered until I had sent back the wrong item that was sent . Terrible experience

Ordered an item on the 3rd of January with 48hr delivery. The money was taken by Monster-shop however after 13 daysI have still not received the item. I have emailed their customer service through their portal twice and despite the portal claiming that they will respond within 2 working days that promise was also not fulfilled. I have emails confirming that processing has been completed but I have not received any tracking information for the item and there is no way to contact the company outside of their portal. It seems that this experience is not a one off as there are a number of other reviews from customers who have experienced the same issues. Very disappointing service. I would absolutely recommend that people avoid purchasing from this company as they seem happy to take your money without providing the products that you order.
Don't supply any goods and have zero customer service
Ordered a switch game on the 3rd of January with 48 hour dispatch, received an email 2 days later advising the order had been processed. They had already taken the money on the 3rd and sat on it for 2 days by this point. On the 10th the item had not arrived I had also received no tracking and their website advised I had no orders outstanding.
I contacted customer service who claimed Royal mail had lost it and they would refund - I already knew this was a lie as their own website had no record of the order being placed and they had provided no tracking. They still had the game I had ordered but had increased the price by £12.
So what they had actually done was taken my money, earnt interest on it - await contact and then engaged a slow refund process.

Update 2: messages were responded to two days after delivery. Disappointing service overall but I'm glad they still replied and didn't ignore them entirely.

Bought a vertical flat panel rad until it was fitted didn’t no hasn’t a diverter valve built in like others ,there engineers said have u bled it already done then it’s the system then but out the 2 rads I had fitted that day the flat panel is useless, then it’s the boiler , stalling &to late for return , had diverter fitted£25plus fitting expensive rad now and still not red hot like my other rads some engineers they are they are , offering a tenner for inconvenience a tenner Aaa really.
Avoid these scammers
My friend sent me a link to what seemed a bargain black Friday deal. I ordered my Elden Ring nightreign what I thought was the collectors edition with the statue as all the images on the website clearly showed that. When it arrived all I got was the base game, which actually cost more than double the price you can get it from everywhere else. Looking back at the listing they have used the collectors edition pictures with the base game description. This is clearly false advertising, and yes I should have read the details better, but as it was black Friday it all seemed legit. I've messaged them 3 times now with no reply, also sent the item back. Still no refund, I may have to get in touch with my credit card provider.
Avoid these scammers, like a lot of the other reviews say

Pre ordered Battlefield and didn’t receive it until the day after it came out. My game was shipped out the night before on a 48hr shipment.
I used to order from this company years ago and raved about them a lot. Maybe this company has new management. Wont be buying from them again unfortunately!

I would not recommend this company to a pigeon .On the 22/08/2025 I ordered a boxing dummy for my sons birthday they took my money then proceeded to send me the base of the dummy told me the item was out of stock . My son was very upset they then told me there was one in stock and a replacement was being dispatched when the item came it was another base what they expected my son to do with 2 bases ill never know, maybe they thought he could roll them down a hill. They are awful no apology no dummy just unprofessional and completely rubbish I was told if I dont send them back by 30 days I'd lose my money why in earth would I want to keep 2 bases absolutely ridiculous I will never use this company again and will advice anyone else not to either.

I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. They don’t deliver when they are supposed to, they deliver the wrong items, send one email a day to try and resolve the problem which has been going on for a week and half now. I have now asked for a refund - I imagine this will take several weeks or probably longer to receive based on experience so far!
No game, no refund
Several weeks have passed since order was placed. Received order tracking after a week that does not work. No communication. Pursuing refund with card company.
Item arrived in a short period of time.
I was extremely sceptical as I saw all of the reviews on here AFTER I had already made my purchase. I got a royal mail tracking number the day after but I believe they created the label and didn't dispatch it immediately (which caused concern) as I had to wait 2 more days for there to be a shipping update (it just said we're expecting your item) but once I had the first shipping update, I saw that it would be delivered the next day and after 4 days since I placed my order, I now have my item!
Telling you so you don't bother ordering
Two weeks now and I have a tracking number that is not real (not been dispatched).
Tried twice to contact and get no response at all.
I have used these a couple of times in the past and was sent my item in good time. You can only tell how good an online retailer is when you have an issue. How quickly do they communicate with you and how do they solve the problem.
These guys seems to pretend you don't exist. I can see me having to go to my bank to get my money back.
Update 20th June 2025 - still waiting for a response from any of my messages
Update 6th July 2025 - another attempt to contact and no response in a week. It's now over a month since given a tracking number that has not reached Royal Mail yet. I've finally had to file a claim with my card issuer, see if that gets me my £64.59 back
