Det stod att leveransen skulle ta längre än vanligt, ca 9-11 dagar men efter 3 veckor mailade jag dem. Fick inget svar utan blev hänvisad till att ringa istället. Det enda jag skrev i mailet var att jag undrade vart kläderna var och några dagar senare får jag mailet ”tack för din retur” och en återbetalning trots att tröjan aldrig kom. Fick ingen förklaring, ingen info. Såklart bra att jag fick pengarna tillbaka men är ändå besviken.

Försenad leverans, svarar inte på mina mail och beställde två par skor och fick bara ett par. Får heller ingen uppdatering eller information om varför jag bara fick ett par skor

Bestilte en jakke hos monki for 3 uker siden eller mer. Har ikke fått noen oppdatering på sendingen, og har bare stått at den er ute på levering i over en uke!?

There are hidden costs if you want delivery with Monki, making it more expensive than other online retailers (if you want items actually delivered to your home, as is normal). And it also takes A LOT longer, despite the higher fees. This is Monki's own problems, as I have good service from other retailers also using Evri.

Requiring an extra fee at checkout - on top of a normally priced delivery fee - if you actually want the item delivered 'to your home' is sneaky, too. It does not build trust but made me feel a bit tricked by the brand.

The one item I ordered is nice, good fit etc - which is what the stars are for. I won't shop with them again and recommend avoiding online if you really want Monki items.

I’ve placed an order and acidentally selected “collection” instead shipped to me at checkout. I emailed Monki’s customer service & got a response within 24 hours & they called me to help me out. Not sure what the bad reviews are about. Thank you so much for your help & just placed another order for the sweaters 😂

Beställde hem tre saker och fick hem två väldigt fina stickade tröjor som kommer användas väl nu till hösten! 👍🏼 Såg även fram emot att bära ett nytt par baggy jeans, men till min förvåning så var dem extremt stora på. Inuti byxorna står det storlek 36, men dem känns mer som 46. Väldigt besviken!

very sad as i love Monki as a brand and aesthetic but my last order didn’t turn up for 2 weeks! once i did some investigating somewhere between them and Evri the parcel was lost. i was offered a full refund but didn’t receive it so after 2 weeks i phoned and a new refund has been issued but could take another 5 days! Nobody has told me any of this i had to be admin myself.I was offered no sweetener or future discount after very bad service and still don’t have product or money back after 5 weeks.. 😟

I made an online order.. payment proceeded. No confirmation email and the next day i just get the money refunded. Great communication and service..not...

Order clothes for my holiday and it's been 10days and it's still in the warehouse when I track it!
I've tried messaging and emailing but with know reply.

Really bad customer service.
Website auto filled to an old click and collect address.
Emailed customer services to cancel order within 20mins to cancel order their website states you have an hour to contact them to cancel but was told they would be unable to cancel because they wouldn’t be contact the warehouse in time to stop the order being packed.
It toke 11 days for my order to be shipped so this is obviously rubbish.
I was told the only thing that I could do is let the order be shipped leave it at the click and collect address for ten days to be sent back and then they would refund my order?!
This just seems like such a wasteful use of resources on their behalf.
The emails I received were patronising and unprofessional aswell.
Avoid not worth using their website.
Currently waiting for my refund.

I was in Monki today at the Glasgow store just casually browsing through the clothes, I was browsing like 2 and a half meters away from the exit doors and security comes up to me and says “no no no I don’t think so” I look at him and ask what do you mean and he says “oh I thought you were going to walk out with these stuff” idk I felt like as soon as I came in this guard had his eyes on me and kept following me. Didn’t feel like I had any privacy to browse through the clothes in peace.

Ordered weeks ago! Order hasn't arrived. Customer service can only tell me there has been a delay and can't give me an further indication as to when I should receive my order. Quick to take your money but then don't have any answers as to where it is! Customer service 'Eleni' was incredibly rude. Not impressed and won't purchase again.

Ik heb een Monki broek bij H&M besteld en wil het retourneren. Het is onmogelijk. H&M zegt dat ik contact met Monki moet hebben. Bij Monki winkel wordt gezegd dat ik online moet doen. Bij Monki website kan ik nergens een adres vinden. Waardeloos service

Senast jag beställde var två t skjortor trasiga. Dåligt.

Don't buy jeans from them. I wear an EU size 32 and ordered 2 pairs of size 32 jeans. Apparently in Monki Land, their size 32 is an EU size 40 and I should have bought a 24? They appear to have their own BS sizing that doesn't correspond with any country.

I used to love Monki but they have gone down hill, massively... order took 10 days to be dispatched and the quality of materials and sizing was dreadful, sending everything back and i bought loads! I don't know what has happened to this brand. Its a shame

I've shopped with Monki for a long time, but recently I've just had constant disappointment. Every single item I've ordered off them for the last 4-5 months has been so oddly sized it just beggars belief.

Leggings that won't even go over my calves, tops that are not advertised as oversized but would easily fit two of me inside with still more space, dresses that are SO short you can actually see my butt cheeks without bending over.

And then there's the quality - see-through, flimsy, badly cut, badly sewn pieces that just aren't worth the price tag.

Clearly they've got some product design and quality control issues, but they've also got delivery issues as the items I have ordered have taken weeks to arrive.

Please sort it out Monki, you used to be really good.

I've order coat from monki, it took them 10 days to even posted it so I wait around 2 weeks to arrived but despite that the coat as was written on website suppose to be with 23% of wool but when i got it I find out on the tag that is 100% polyester. I felt really tricked by monki. They clearly lieing about description of the item. I emailed customer service but they still bulls*** me that the coat have 23%. Well somehow it doesn't says that on the tag. For me its a fraud.
So customers! Please be aware of monki tricks.
Coats like that you can easily buy in primark much less that prices in monki and I would say the quality of product its exactly the same. So someone here trying to fool people on money. Be aware!
