Requesting to think 100 times before taking any product from this app my issue, i have taken personal loan of Rs 25000/ on 20/9/24 as per Rule i have to pay my Emi on every 19th or 20th of the month but MV is harassing to pay my EMI on 3/10/24, Why i should pay 17 days before due date is this a rule by RBI they are calling multiple times and harassing so i request don't take a risk this is really harassing app. 0 stars,they are saying that i have sign the documents and agreed before

These people are very bad.
If in case you miss a single emi there calling agent follows up you with very bad way.
Even they go to that extreme level that they file a case against you under ipc 420
For a single emi also.

They don’t understand the situation of the customer. They treat very badly when they connect with customer regarding emi bounce follow.
It’s a trap don’t ever take loan from money view.
I am writing this to give information to someone who is reading this so that what mistake I had done other should not do.

Borrow money from someone in your family or relations but don’t take money from money view otherwise be ready for the trap.
There interest rate is also very high. Such a poor and pathetic money lender company.

Very worst service. Worthless app. High rate of interest. Lot of hidden charges.

1- Options are given, when you select one, something else comes up, can't go back or cancel.

2- Try to contact them, no live chat, no number to call, reply to email comes after a day.

3- They call to push you to take the loan even when the amount or tenure is not what you selected from the options they gave.

4- Called non stop, back to back in minutes offering assistance which is not needed. But won't change what is needed.

5- It shows 'Funds will be transferred Today' for five days. Customer Service says wait for 'sometime' for 3 days, same answer.

6- Can't cancel the application. Even when others are offering much professional services.

7- To talk to a Manager, it will take 48 hours, cause when you speak to them Manager is not available.

Reason for applying the loan has passed, an everything is the the same as above.

This app is from 2008. Money spent to pay super starts to endorse a poor product should be used to become a bit professional.

What an ordeal!

These people are not much good if you are a True Loan Taker because they charge huge amount as Loan Processing Fee as well as Very much higher ROI comparing to other money lender NBFCs. Once you are in the process of applying any loan with these, they harass you and force you to complete the loan process whether it is a very much smaller amount which never meets up even half of your requirements. They repeatedly call you in every half an hour from different different numbers and even cirulate your number to some other small lenders which also harass you by calling again and again. They have wrongly trnasferred an amount without my consent to their loan agreement and this amount which is not even 25% of my required loan amount in spite of being eligible for that better amount. I clearly inform to everyone here that be alert while dealing with these. Thanks

The company(MoneyView) has offered me loan at 10% interest rate for 60 months with minimum deductible of 10k which includes insurance and processing fee and even shared OTP for granting the application condition .The application gets approved by them and the amount is deposited and asking to accept the sanction letter.

Serious action needs to be taken against the lending partner as well as the registered partner involved in such conspiracy.
