They fraudsters stealing your private bank info and personal info to then refuse a 100$ loan when you have a steady income of 2400$ each 2 week been 2-3 years. Stay away from these CRIMINALS FRAUSTER STEALING PERSONAL INFO. Google should ban these fraudster.

I had a dire need situation and needed, funds
My situation got worst. I ended up paying what I could with a balance, left.
I received a email giving some days to pay before collections. I had full intention to pay, exactly 3 days later, I received email from a collections agency.
Agreed I received funds and have to pay back. The issue is they purposely sent to collections not giving those days to pay directly to them.
Here’s what I’m going to say to this company, “try and be kind, you never know what I person is going through”

I applied for a loan, and they refused and insulted me because I had closed and reopened my chequing account due to a scammer. According to them, because did't deserve their help because I was too stupid.

I have never been more insulted in my entire life.

The online location is absolutely horrendously HORRIBLE.! They barely answer the phone and when they do they make it seem like you seriously inconvenienced them by calling and then just forget getting a goodbye altogether on the phone before they disconnect.. NOPE just a nice rushed hang up! The Manager Andrea (I believe her name is.. it’s starts with an A for sure) is a sorry excuse of a person and manager quite frankly!
She had given me information that completely differed and contradicted what Google and Money Direct themselves say so I called a different location to ask and because I did that she proceeded to tell me my loan was withdrawn and if I wanted to ask a different branch a question then I could go deal with a different location.
I also have a serious disability which really affects my memory severely so sometimes I have to be told something numerous times because I forget so many things within minutes to half hour and so because I called a couple of times to get help since my husband wasn’t here to help me remember she said I was a difficult customer who was trying to cut the line and be dealt with immediately which wasn’t true in any way, shape or form especially since the help I needed had absolutely NOTHING to do with having my loan approved or the process sped up whatsoever!
So I went through Hamilton and I’m happy with their customer service and they had no problems or issues doing something that Andrea said was absolutely not possible to do!
She should NOT be a Manager with the way I was treated by her and she was so brutal and aggressive towards me that I literally was in tears while she berated me for no reason other then asking a question at a different store.. NEVER AGAIN!!

Originally, I thought these guys were a good bunch. I used them twice before. But when I notified them that I enrolled in a debt relief payment plan, they didn't respond. They didn't notify me of my next payment the way they had in the past. They took the money from my bank account on the wrong day when I only ever paid them through e-transfer and they did it as an odd amount seemingly so that any stop payment wouldn't take effect and all of this put me and my 90 y/o mother at risk. I don't recommend them.

Terrible service

These annoying people at the Hamilton location will ring you off the hook but from a blocked number so you take their desperate THIRST seriously. Only SHARKS need that much THIRST. But you treat 'em nice and apologise for any tardiness of yours and immediately the manager goes; "YOU'RE A FRAUD YOU'RE A FRAUD!". Because I was on short-term-sick benefits when I took out the loan. So my pay didn't fall on "the same date". Or something something. So I told her I didn't appreciate her language and that my Doctor was off on sick-leave, as well. And, so. Work hadn't gotten appropriate forms filled-out on time and my pay for ONE pay. Was the same amount but delayed by two days. She mentioned collections! ALREADY! I said; "you can't wait two days!?". "Well, yes, I can". So what the hell are you talking about, "fraud," lady!? And. Where is this "you can't take sick benefits whilst on our loans" on their site? Also. I took the loan like three days before my pay. Anywhere else and they charge you on the pay AFTER THE NEXT ONE. The only fraud here.... Last loan I get with these donkeys. They won't respond to this they don't even respond to E mails.

This is only the second time that I have borrowed from Money Direct (Toronto location), but I am very impressed with the service that I received. The process is fairly quick and straightforward, and I had the money delivered to my account in a short time, with no hassles. Too many payday loan agencies out there are fly by night and/or legal loan sharks, with zero regard for their clients. Thanks especially to Ashtae for getting this money sent to me when I needed it the most.
