Tried to cash out for the first time and they’re refusing to pay saying I violated their terms. I installed the app for the first time a few weeks ago and have no idea why they are not paying. App is a scam it gets you to spend hours playing games and watching inordinate numbers of adverts and then makes an excuse not to pay.

I like that the rewards are real
I like that the rewards are real. It just seems like it takes forever to redeem them. The game play doesn't add up to what they say you'll make if you play a game. Like they say $2 for 2 minutes. It take way longer and you don't make $2. If they could fix that, it'd be great 👍 customer service is awesome, took care of any issues that arose.

System UI shows target tier achieved, but backend ledger failed to release the payout. Frontline support is entirely automated, refuses to provide transaction hashes, and completely ignored a reasonable 4:30 PM NDT resolution deadline. This is a severe localized database sync error that traps user funds. Avoid until Tier 2 compliance fixes their account reconciliation tables. Support Agent Ems was not able to help.

Support agent William explicitly confirmed that my payout was approved on Saturday. Since then, the app has completely failed to trigger the automated Tremendous reward email.
I have tracked every single automated server wave through the weekend and Monday morning, and the payout still hasn't arrived. To make matters worse, support has now gone completely silent and is ghosting my in-app tickets. They are withholding my approved funds with zero explanation.
Do not waste your time on this app until they fix their broken payout API, maintain their account funding, and actually respond to their users when system errors happen.

Money Cash - Great at first, now they call me a criminal
This company and Money Cash service seems to be one that will pay for awhile & then ban you for no reason. I cashed out two $20 Amazon gift card with no issue after doing BestPlay, Tango, and a couple of other offers. Then I tried for $8 PayPal and nothing happened for 2 weeks. I emailed support & they seem to have an auto reply bot saying that I violated their rules by having duplicate accounts. This 100% is not the case, but they provide no evidence and no recourse. As far as I can tell, they are just lying since no real person will get back to me. But if there was something screwy happening, it sure would be nice to know so I don't get banned from other sites!!
Terrible experience, I feel like they stole my time, lied to me, and then insulted my character & integrity. Look up this app on reddit if you want more horror stories.
I wish people would actually treat each other decent & just not scam people to get ahead. It is cruel, unkind, unfair, and horrible depressing. I am quite poor and can't afford to be robbed of my time & my money. But Money Cash sure doesn't care

Generally good, but ineffective customer support
The app is mostly brilliant. However, a few game apps and rewards do not track properly.
For instance, I have played Voxel Blast Jam and Hole and Fill, and neither game awarded me the coins I fairly earned.
I emailed customer support with photo proof that I had completed the tasks in time.
Unfortunately, I received exactly the same word-for-word response from customer support for both complaints. They rudely, and without evidence, accused me of not following the app requirements properly and using a VPN and other unsupported technology, which I clearly didn't as I had proof that I had fairly played these games and had only downloaded them once.
It appears to me that they used Artificial Intelligence to form their impersonal response rather than having an individual look into my complaints and the evidence provided.
It's a shame as the app is good as a whole, but you will get no help if there are any issues.
Hopefully, the company does not delete this review, as I have photo evidence of all correspondence, proving they have not reasonably reviewed my complaints.
