The bike was picked up on time and delivered the next day with out any problems. The price was very reasonable.

It was supposed to have been pick up on the 27th and delivered on the 28th
Real time happened got picked up on the 29th delivered on the 30th other than the delay the driver was great and when I call I was informed of everything.

I contacted Monarch after having poor experiences with other shippers. Monarch also is nothing more than a contractor, hooking customers up with transporters who want loads. I spoke to Bryan, who assured me he handled 95% of the motorcycle transports and I would have a smooth experience. He quoted me $650, which wasn't a bad price.
Several days later a woman called me (I didn't get her name) telling me she had a driver who could pick up my motorcycle the next day, delivering it in two days if I'd pay $858. I told her I would not be available for delivery the day the driver would deliver it, until after 5PM. I told her that IF the driver agreed to that condition I'd pay the extra money. She said she'd call me right back.
My credit card was charged instantly, of course she never called back. Nobody showed up at the dealer to pick the motorcycle up either. Bryan put me on ignore, until contacting me 3 days later to tell me he had a driver lined up. I had already sent him several messages and emails telling him I had arranged shipping through another company. He finally cancelled my order, and promised a refund.
Now 2 weeks later no refund. I have filed a dispute through the credit card company to get the $258 (their cut of the $858) back.

I have used Monarch 2 times to transport my motorcycles between Florida and Rhode Island and both times were excellent. Delivered 2 days after pickup and bikes were in perfect condition. Highly recommend.

Very poor customer service. After the initial phone call it was hard to get a hold of them. They change the price that was quoted to me and deposite was made, increasing my total by an extra $475. The guy making the pickup was clueless and could not read or speak English. Bryan Mendoza at monarch did not return my call or email about the price. I asked for them to at least split the cost. Nothing. I would look into another company. I DO NOT recommend Monarch! They are getting one star because I can’t leave anything less.

Terms that Monarch set were not what the transport company claimed to be operating under. Monarch sent me their paperwork, but does nothing to get the transport company they dispatch to do the same. I never received any insurance info or copy of the terms. I never got a receipt. Basically, Monarch starts the process and walks away. I'm sure there are better companies to work with.

Stayed in communication with me constantly. Vehicle arrived within 5 days which was awesome considering the weather situation on the route. My quote went up a lil but that was expected given the constant price gouging the world governments does to its citizens with their constant pestilent behavior 🫣🤷🏽‍♂️.
It was a joy to deal with and meet kind straightforward people.

I was quoted a price and then raised the price after they processed my deposit. I feel that I was Bait and Switched. The driver contractor who did the work was actually really professional.

The customer service was excellent- kept me updated on regular basis, friendly, cared about customer service. The driver was careful with the vehicle (a class c rv) and worked with me to park it where I asked. He worked quickly and carefully.
I was given a quote and it ended up being near the full amount I was quoted.
I’ve already had one tow company rip me off- got my deposit and never followed through.
I’d recommend this company for their honesty and timeliness, customer service and price.

We scheduled a time for a pickup to haul our fifth wheel on a certain date. Monarch Transport was to call a few days before the pickup. They did not call, so we called them and we were told the pickup might be Thursday, Friday, Saturday or maybe even Sunday.
I was told a pickup date of Thursday and delivery that same day. We cancelled our pickup appointment and we were charged a $155.00 cancellation fee. We were not told there would be a cancellation fee and we were also told a specific date of pickup and delivery. Do not use this company if you want a firm date and delivery time and very rude people were answering our phone calls when trying to find out about our pickup and delivery.

They are liars and scam artist. I booked a order on March 16 for transport of my RV on April 30. I sent an email cancelling my booking on March 17. Tem minutes after I cancelled the order, I get a notification from my bank saying that my debit card had a transaction that was declined. I specifically ask when my card would have the transaction processed and was told approximately 2 days before the pickup. I spoke with someone in customer service and I was told that a driver was already scheduled. I don't believe that. Why would they have a 3 day window for pickup if a driver is scheduled 6 weeks in advance. Nothing about this company is legitimate or honest. I would never recommend or use them to transport a rock.

First time using this company. Best interaction with any company. Great communications; timely delivery. Kept in touch during the entire process. "Brian" was extremely communicative and helpful with any questions. WILL USE AGAIN!!!

STAY AWAY. Do not contract with this company. They quoted $629 and had 7 days advance notice to arrange pickup. They took another 7 days to finally arrange pickup and told me the price would be $900. Quoted the contract stating price increases were industry standard. When I objected they said best they could do was $835. So I asked about cancellation and they again quoted the contract which has a $149 cancellation fee. Funny they know more about the contract then about arranging a pickup within a reasonable time. I was in a spot already waiting a week so I reluctantly agreed. A few days later I was contacted by Amber Brown at Mountway Logistics who quoted a similar price to the original amount and said it was guaranteed with no additional charges. So its not industry standard its bait and switch. Do not let Monarch trick you, call Amber.

Poor communication, lied about service and timeline. Get you hooked on a good price but when they can’t find a carrier force you to cancel and charge fees. Unethical company and wouldn’t recommend

Monarch failed to even look for a driver in a timely manner, ultimately failing to meet the 3 day window commitment, which would have resulted in missing the delivery date required during contract agreement. After I had to call multiple times for update and finally had to cancel because they were not meeting commitment they charged me a $150 cancellation fee for their failure. I would strongly encourage avoiding this shady organization.

Turned out to be a really good experience. I was trying to recover a motorcycle that was my mom's. She passed away a few months ago. And the motorcycle was almost 200 mi away from me. But they showed up a day before they said they would. And they got it down to me in great condition. If I have to ship anything else again I will go through them.

I booked the Bike for shipment, they delivered without any scratch or damage. The service is really great. I defiantly recommend them for future service.

Monarch arranged the pickup of my bike from Florida to California. It took 5 days to travel 2300 miles. It showed up in great condition. Sabrina was personable, extremely helpful through the process & fantastic to work with. I would work with them again.

I was a bit leery when i read some of the reviews after i signed on. However, they did a splendid job. It took a while to arrange especially as they are on east coast where diesel cost $3/gal and California is $5/gal. So they had to jump through hoops to get me service. But they did their job admirably.

This company lied about the service on 2 occasions. First,
tell me the transport of my motorcycle would happen by
Thursday or Friday (03/06/2026) the latest. No word from
them until I asked them to cancel the service and refund my
deposit. I advised them in my first communication that no
one would be at the house after Saturday. I get a call on
Thursday that the pick-up would be Friday as promised, but
the fee would be $200 more. They gave the name and
number of the real transport company. I called and they told
me the pickup is scheduled for Monday. I called back
Monarch and told them to cancel as no one would be there
for the pickup as indicated at least 3 times with them on the phone.
