I was skeptical about getting a hair transplant and I had researched thoroughly with different service providers until I came across Monarch on Facebook and I reached out to them and had a lovely chat and they answered all my questions
One thing I loved about them was they didn’t pressure me into getting the procedure but they made sure I was mentally ready by answering all my questions prior and when I finally met the staff in Aug for the procedure I felt like I was talking to family that I hadn’t seen in a while,the welcome and hospitality was amazing 🤩
As an African lady from Zimbabwe I had lost my hairline and the procedure was done in a day with breaks in between and they bought me lunch haha what a gesture
After the procedure they kept in touch every single day asking how I was and when I washed all my scabs off they were there virtually helping me throughout
I can go on and on about brilliant they are and right now it’s my second month and just got my PRP I can’t wait to get my crown back
