I am pleased how Momshouse is readily available for support. The community interaction is a great help. Tech support is available to assist us when needed. The training modules and scheduled mentoring hours are a great help.

Highly informative course! The video format made the topic easy to understand and integrate into real-world practice. The practical guidance on navigating senior transitions was thorough and insightful. I came away with a much deeper understanding of how to best guide families through these major milestones. There hasn’t been a bunch of BS like so many other things out there. All I’ve experienced is exactly what I was told! Hats off to this team and business!!

I joined because of my own personal experience & how our family tried to navigate to help 5 Super Seniors (over the ages of 82) in need. This program addresses every aspect!! Mom's House has years of experience, education & valuable resources to move you forward in caring business.
The recognition of how important senior living care is and the need for more people to be involved with helping our seniors & families make good decisions for the senior and the family. I like all of the training because you need to start from the root (Mom's care and what is best for her). Placement help & then the financial relief /assistance to help pay for the care.

The excitement that the team emitted throughout the training. They're passionate about Mom's House and it showed.
Understanding the key decision makers within these communities and the folks to target and partner with outside of the communities.
I would recommend the program because I do see the value in how we can truly help these seniors and their families. The online course focused more on the wholesaling side of things vs the placement option but perhaps it’s because that’s Phillip’s focus with his own business and he was sharing all of his tips and tricks.

This training helped me understand all the main players in this space, jobs that most people never hear about until they are thrown into a true dilemma about the care of someone you love in a tough situation. Knowledge is key to finding the right solution quickly. You need someone who will help you through the challenging transition. I am anxious to use the knowledge I now have, to make things easier for families in a difficult new world to navigate care for mom, dad, spouse, or other loved one who needs to make a major life change.

The certification process took time, but the material was presented in ways that kept me engaged and wanting to continue to the next video. The interviews with current industry professionals was a nice addition to the curriculum. It gave me a real time view of the industry from various perspectives.

My experience with Mom's House was very informative and enlightening the training that I took away has gave me a new skill. I learned about a new seller who is the senior living community and how we asSTS can change the world of senior citizens that is what MOM'S House is about being there and having a heart ❤️ for a forgotten community,

I found the course and the materials very interesting and insightful. It opens up doors to truly helping those in a time of need, while building a business built on integrity.

I enjoyed the entire training with Mom’s House. It was informative, well-organized, and practical. I appreciated the knowledgeable instructors and the focus on real-life situations. Most of all, this program makes you do a deep dive into your own existence, evaluating the state of and importance of, your family's future. It also gives you a renewed knowledge of senior living and its care for, not just your loved ones but, all the seniors in your community. Their in-depth industry knowledge prepares you to be a Senior Transition Specialist supporting families with confidence and compassion. I am forever grateful.

So far all is well. The set up of the Skool app and access to the community and trainings is smooth and consistent, Im grateful for that! Im looking forward to continuing to connect and learn.

My favorite part of the training was the Interviews with the various professionals.
I had a lot of questions before I enrolled in the STS program, but the training was thorough, practical, and tied everything together. It gave me a clear understanding of how all the pieces fit. If you're considering it, don't hesitate --enroll. I'm glad I did.

It was informative, but not what I expected,

Mom’s place takes my mantra, “Respect all and Protect your elders” to a new level. As a retired physician and encore career real estate agent, I was taught to use my empathetic nature and my attention to detail to improve my value to these integrity driven industries. I help the seniors find the environment that speaks to their needs. I help the service providers find clients that will have less anxiety about their transition. I help myself by feeding my “help your neighbor” gene instead of calling people who may not want or need my help.

The information, what there was of it was ok. This was a prerecorded seminar from about 2020, so a lot has changed from Covid days. From the advertisement to the actual class was very different. The class focused on buying "mom's house" basically as an investor. So it sounded like I would need cash. There was a "brief" conversation on "assigning" but it was not nearly enough. The questions from the seminar students was not audible. So the answers to questions were not really coherent. If you need support, good luck. I am not even sure is a human responds. AI? That was tremendously disappointing. This would be a good niche for me, if I could actually get some additional assistance, so I am disappointed. The current resale sales approach is so impersonal, so I had great hopes for this, as I would be actually helping people. Apparently I am a vase!! There was talk of Monday classes, but perhaps that was 5 years ago. Also, visual aids and business cards, if discussed were apparently so brief that I missed them. I do remember seeing a few things but as they are Mom's house specific a link would be helpful. In short the concept is great, presentation not so much. Perhaps someone significantly smarter than me would understand better. But there really is no support, which for the money spent is tremendously disappointing. But I have not given up on getting support. I may take forever, as they are not quick

Mom's House gets it. You can feel the desire and intention to serve from Phillip, Ben and the team. The compassion & empathy needed by all of us working in the Senior Living Community is by far how we succeed.
Learning the REAL NEED of the Senior Living Community and the families served is the secret sauce.
Training covered every aspect of who we serve, what's involved in the service, the overwhelming need at this moment and where the proverbial puck is going (term Wayne Gretzky coined).
You absolutely need to check this out. There are so many ways to make an impact and earn a living. We earn an income by doing good!

I really enjoyed this training! It was informative, meaningful and appropriately heartfelt.

I've read negative reviews about Mom's House, and as always some people just don't get it. I've witnessed integrity and caring at the highest levels. Mom's House endeavors to protect seniors by giving them information and resources to stay in their homes. Yet, when the time comes where safety and quality of life are in question, Mom's House helps seniors and their family navigate during a highly stressed and confusing change in life, including the big question of "How am I going to pay for it?" It's a necessary question. As with any profession, I've met doctors, lawyers, and others who just work a job to pay bills; you know the kind. I've also met people in those same professions who serve people with conviction and integrity. I identify as a person who serves with conviction and integrity. I will help our seniors and represent Mom's House with the same integrity as demonstrated to me throughout the training. When the time comes for you or your family member, I hope you find Mom's House.

A lot of information to absorb. I think the videos are a couple of years old. Might want to update.
All in all very good.

Excellent informational course. I think it will be greatly beneficial in helping seniors.
