I purchased expedited shipping for 4-6 business days for Father’s Day. We’re going on 3 weeks now, still no order in sight. The website is misleading as if the company is based in the US, but the item is coming from China. I ordered an item to California, yet it went to Chicago! I called this out, and they deleted all previous tracking history and are unresponsive. Do not trust this company especially with your holiday items.

I purchased an item with 14 names on Jun3rd Item received Jun 14th not bad for something coming out of the Country. The item is as described Love it. Purchased for my mom that has 14 kids she is going to Love it.

I ordered sweatshirts for Mother's Day and did expedited 4-6 day shipping. The items arrived 25 days later and the quality is horrible. I did ask for a refund when the items were already days late and had not even shipped yet. My request for refund was completely ignored and items were later shipped anyway. When they did eventually ship they still didn't send the 4-6 day expedited shipping. Also, the company address shows headquarters in Colorado but it ships out of China. If I could give no stars I would. Buyer beware.

Very disappointed with Momommy. I placed my order two weeks before Mother’s Day because the website said delivery would take about 5 days. The item was supposed to arrive before Mother’s Day, but instead it arrived almost one week late, making the gift completely useless for the occasion.

I even contacted customer service before delivery and clearly explained that if the item arrived after Mother’s Day, I did not want it anymore because it was specifically purchased as a gift for that day. They only apologized and did nothing to resolve the issue.
Now I am requesting to return the item and receive a full refund, but no one is responding to my messages. Very poor customer service, misleading delivery estimates, and a frustrating experience overall. I would not order from this website again.

It's been days and the website has not given me any shipping information. Just took my money and ran with it.

I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of the sweater. I didnt get a delivery update so I was concerned with this company being new that it was a scam. They also never responded to my emails.but did respond through instagram messenger. Sweater is amazing I would just hang dry it in fear of the wording coming off and wash on gentle.
