I had a very disappointing experience with Momkidcare, particularly with a representative named Akriti from their communication team. Despite clearly stating my requirements regarding years of experience, I was repeatedly sent mismatched profiles. When I requested more suitable options, Akriti became agitated, raised her voice, and tried to pressure me into selecting from the profiles she had shared, even though they didn’t meet my stated criteria. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of listening is unacceptable, especially when dealing with services that involve the care of mothers and children. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures their staff is trained in basic communication and customer service.

Untrained and uneducated Japas. Lack basic manners and hygiene. Full of drama. Behave like they don’t need the money and they are doing us a favour. Intrusive to another level. Careless. Use foul language. Not open to criticism and feedback. Highly inappropriate.

Its a fraud agency..plz plz donot book japa or nanny through this app..Maids are highly unprofessional and amount they are taking is not worth..plz donot get stuck in their trap..no training, no hygiene

They will book your service with advance. And just a day before of providing the chosen Nanny they will create a Health or Death Issue at their Nannies End and start delaying the process to make you compel to take someone not interviewed by you and on urgency with higher monthly salary. That nanny will work for 3 days normally and once you pay the advance month salary their nanny will start not only misbehaving with you, your parents but even with the newborn kid so that you request for replacement and that will give their coordinator like Miss Shelly to further jack up prices or else take days/week to provide replacement. Ms Shelly will say X in the morning and Z in evening in response to your queires and complaints. Also when you argue about it Ms Shelly will share only the call recording which favours her. Mind it this call recordings are also without consent and they will not share the recording where you have called out their fraudulent activities or argued about it as it is not in their favor!
Also their nannies have the audacity to take photos inside your home without consent and post on social media app!! After repeated issues we continued with their nanny for 20days as payment was already done and finding a nanny on spot was much difficult specifically when you are handling new born kid and your wife is out of operation.

These greedy vultures use this vulnerability of their customers only.

We suffered mental torture by Ms Shelly and their Nanny Ms Meena Tyagi for 20 days after which we were forced to immediately terminate their service as we cant let someone mishandle our kid just bcoz they are greedy and dont have any apathy.

Now while refunding they will give you random amount with random deductions. After almost 7 to 8 mails over couple weeks for seeking proper clarifications on refund calculations we are yet to get any reply from them!! They will process that random refund amount and claim to close the case while leaving you unawsered for the clarifications on queries regarding the refund amount!

They have not provided any complaint number.
They have not provided payment receipts and invoices even after claiming to include GST in their amount.
They are not refunding the proper due!!
They are not responding on accountability of deleting all photos from their Nannies phone which was taken inside our private space violating privacy rights.

Now its on you to follow useless paid 5 star ratings or actual feedback!

If u are one of those parents who want the best for ur child BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE ABOUT THEIR EXP AND THEIR NANNIES THEMSELVES SAY THAT ON THE NAME OF TRAINING WE GET A 2-3 HR LECTURE THAT WE CAN ALSO ATTEND ONLNE.
We took their service twice , the first time I was c-sec mother unable to get up from the bed to foresee their nannies hence had no problem. Problem arise when I was recovered and starting seeing what they actually do. If u are the parent who doesn't look at the nannies at all handover the child to them and forget u will be happy with them.

Jappa 1: She used to sit to do a work and never prepared herself she used to be like didi baby ka towel de do iske kapde de do iska hanky de do . She used to make me feel like I am the nanny and she is the mother . FYI I WAS JUST 10 days postpartum here. Limit was crossed when once she cleaned the sink in which we bath the baby and put that dirty hand in my baby's mouth. FYI my baby was just 12-13 days old Can u imagine the kind of infection he could be exposed to because its the same sink where we cleans his poop and pee.

Jappa 2: We had no problem with her but she was okay to be a jappa because at that time there was not much work because baby used to sleep for like 16 hrs but when we called her back after the baby turned 6 she denied said kaam bahut hai.

Nanny 1(Nisha): This lady straight-forwarded said to me that I am so well off that I don't need this job. She was so arrogant that once I spilled hot coffee on me so I ran to washroom to clean and see if has cause any burn this lady denied to clean the floor because SUPPOSITIVELY THIS WAS NOT HER JOB.

Nanny2: We had no problem with her, she left bcoz company said no to give her advanced salary.

Nanny3(Neetu): Worked for 10 days then her MIL expired and she said I cnt come for 15 days. I am a working women cant work without a nanny so asked for a replacement ASAP.

Nanny4 (Lata): This women used to make face in every babies work. FYI I HAVE A FULL TIME COOK, A MAID WHO DOES DUSTING, MOPING, WASHING UTENSILS and WASH OUR CLOTHES. Still these nannies say didi humse extra kaam karati hai reality is this k ye bache ka bhi kaam poora nahi karti. I bath my child on my own , make his food on my own ,massage him on my own what other work is too much for them.

Nanny5 (Geeta Aunty): This women had so called 17 yrs of exp still she never used to clean babies face after feeding him boldo k muh saaf kardo to unka muh ban jaata hai . 2-3 times it happened that the child is screaming and she couldn't calm her so when I asked her to bring the child the diaper was full. She didn't either check the diaper nor she changed it. Whats the point of having so much exp if I have to tell u everything. She was so stubborn kuch bhi boldo hum to aise hi karte hai..humare time me aise hi hota tha. FYI Apke time me nahi paida hua mera bacha.

Nanny3 Returns : THIS WAS OUR BIGGEST MISTAKE . WE CALLED HER BECAUSE WE HAVE ALREADY TRAINED HER FOR 10 days before she left. This lady had 2 years of experience as told to us by the company which was a lie. One year she took care of her relatives's child and officially she had only 6 mnths of exp. This lady doesn't know anything how to feed the child, how to massage the child, how to wash utensils of the baby infact once she put a battery operated toy to wash which she herself used to play with the child. She said no to massaging the child when I actually recorded a video doing it myself to teach her still she said I can't do it. She can't even make the child drink water. When I taught her everything she said to the manager that I don't want to work here because har cheej pe tokte hai jab tumhe kuch aata hi nahi to sikhaenge nahi kya. And she started having a problem after I taught her everything. SHE USED TO SAY DIDI AP HAR KAAM PERFECT KARTI HO. AP MERE PHONE ME WO VIDEO DE DO APNI MASSAGE WALI. U Can imagine how much I have trained her.
WE HAVE 15 DAYS OF OUR SERVICE LEFT STILL WE DENIED TO GET ANY NANNY SENT, IMAGINE THE HARASSMENT THIS HAS CAUSED US.

A coworker told me about Momkidcare so I contacted them to enquire about hiring a japa for my sister in law who just recently had her delivery.
