Ordered from moments engraved in November and asked if I placed an order would it arrive in time for Christmas. The response was yes. Before Christmas some products were damaged and therefore had to be made again but I was informed what had happened and an apology was made. My ordered arrived and am completely satisfied with it.

On November 29, 2019, I ordered two items from Momentsengraved in late November, both for two different family members, shipping to two different addresses. Virginia and Florida. The shipment to Virginia arrived around December 18th and was great. The one to Florida arrived late, and with some damage to the item. Not clear if the damage was the result of poor handling by the freight carrier or perhaps the packaging. In any case, I was in contact with Moments Engraved via their FB page. They were professional, and after seeing pictures replaced the piece right away. In fact, they were faster than promised. They said it would take two or more weeks for the replacement to arrive. It arrived in five days. I'm guessing this is a relatively small business, perhaps surprised by the Christmas demand for their products. Which are beautiful. Despite the lateness of one of the pieces, I'll shop these folks again.

Unique home accent. Bought one for my family and one as a gift. Everyone who sees it compliments us. Easy company to interact with. As this is handcrafted, I knew it would take time. I would email for status checks and they responded. They kept their promise. We received before the promised due date and was able to give one as a Christmas gift.

We have been really pleased with our tree of life sign, with our family surname.
It looks very smart on our White House wall and has been commented on very favorably.

I must say the signs were awesome ordered beginning of December and even though they were swamped with orders and emailed that it might not make in time for Christmas they did and my Mom loved it. I would definitely recommend moments engraved.

We ordered a gift for our son and his wife on November 30th. Realizing that it was a relatively short time until Christmas, and that the order had to be produced to our specifications during the busiest time of the year, I had a back up plan if it did not arrive in time for Christmas day. We did receive an email telling us it had shipped and should reach us on the 24th, but knowing it had to come across the country and over the border, we really did not expect it to arrive on time.
My gifts were all wrapped and under the tree on the 24th, including an envelope with a photo as the back up plan, when the door bell rang and the UPS delivery arrived.
We didn't have time to open it and make sure it was as ordered so were just as pleasantly surprised as our son and daughter in law when they opened it. It was beautiful and they were thrilled. So, thank you Momentsengraved for a beautiful product, and for letting us know that you were doing your best to get it to us on time. You exceeded our expectations and we will definitely recommend you to our friends.

The worst customer service. Not only very late but not what I ordered. They refuse to honor the 100% guarantee satisfaction. Very unconcerned. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They will not be helpful.

I bought a metal sign for my daughter and her fiancé's wedding. It looks great. It arrived in good condition, and the bride and groom were very pleased with it. I'd purchase from them again anytime I had a need.

Happy with my purchase. Delivery was fast. I had a few questions, prior to making the purchase. Customer Service answered my questions expeditiously. Good company to do business with.

Got off to a rough start and a long wait but in the end the final product and customer service were both spectacular. These are one of a kind items and not assembly line products. If you’re willing to wait it’s worth it!

Five stars are for the product. It's beautiful. Yes, the delivery was delayed and I started to wonder what was up since I had received an e-mail stating that my bird was on its way. So I contacted them via e-mail and received a prompt response advising that the delay was due to the amount of orders received and they were doing their best to catch up with demand. I was patient and it came the next week.
Mine made it in time for Christmas and the recipient loved it. As did I so I may order another one for myself.

I ordered at the beginning of December and did not get it in time for Christmas but I love the quality of the product. Christmas just lasted a little longer getting it late

Please stay away from this company. They have horrible customer service with no sense of urgency to assisting with your order. I originally had a confirmed order on 12/3/2019. It is now over 6 weeks later 1/16/2020 and I do not have anything yet. I’ve tried to communicate via email, their messaging through the website and FB. They never gave me an updated shipment date or status. The only response given was vague and general. I would give zero stars at this point if it were possible. To add to this I received a “VIP” email soliciting me to give them a positive review on Trust Pilot in return for a gift card for a future purchase. That is unbelievable and horrible business practice! Maybe they should do a little research and see who actually received the product they ordered before sending that email. I’m very angry and upset by this company. Totally disappointed and unsatisfied!

I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
My order arrived late. It was guaranteed before Christmas because I ordered before Dec 2. It was a Christmas gift that I therefore was not able to give. Their customer service Department just said "sorry", and did nothing about it. No accountability was unacceptable.
I contacted their customer service department 15 times via email, 10 times via FB, 5 times via Instagram, and 5 times by phone. asked to speak to a manager at least 5 times. Their front line staff refused to let me speak to a manager, and/or ignored my messages. Had I known that their company would be like this, I would have NEVER purchased a product from them. I want others not to be fooled.

Their company is unbelievable and the customer service has been horrid.

We were very happy with the quality of our sign that we ordered and we did receive it before xmas. I know this is a very busy time of year and we weren't sure if it would arrive prior to xmas but ours did. Thank you again The only reason I gave 4 stars was I wasn't aware there was going to be a shipping charge when the product was delivered. I feel that shipping should have been included in the price as there was no mention of an extra charge. We love our sign (:

I placed my order on Dec. 5th, plenty of time before giving as a Christmas gift... I got it yesterday...Jan 15th!
I was notified only a week before Christmas that it wouldn't be on time but no indication of just when it would be arriving. Worse than that I received a request 3 days ago wanting me to write a raving review about a product I hadn't even received yet.
Very, very disappointing communication, service and product.

I received my order today, and I must say I am very happy and satisfied with this piece of art. It just gave all new look to my living room. Well crafted and well designed. Thank you so much to moments engraved Team.

I purchased a sign for my parents a couple of hi weeks before Christmas. It arrived on time and they LOVE IT! I as well as all of my siblings are going to place orders for ourselves. I highly recommend!

I am sorry for those of you who did not receive your orders before Christmas. While mine came later than expected, it was delivered before the 25th. Perhaps I ordered much earlier given how taken I have been with the products I have already received from this company. I’ve made several orders now and I’ve had absolutely nothing to complain about. The quality of materials is great (I may be wrong but it seems as though my Christmas order was even sturdier than previous pieces) and the intricate detailing and personalization make each piece a great gift for someone or a special treat for yourself. Go ahead, place your order.

Although my order came in after Christmas. I received it before the New Year and it still made my family happy 😃! It started their New Year with a wonderful gift to put on their homes. The quality work is wonderful and they loved their gifts.
When people visit their homes, they get nice compliments of how beautiful it looks!
