Wasted time, no moments for Moment House

Bought a ticket to stream Pink Martini show. Could not sign in to Moment House account on my laptop, which was connected to TV to steam show. Could sign in on phone but not stream. Then show ticket disappeared from account. Three emails to support for help, zero replies.

Just Avoid MomentHouse

Horrible platform and incompetent customer service. They won't fulfill their end of the business deal and then they'll ghost you when you contact them for assistance. If you're lucky enough to receive a response, it will be a canned response that is completely irrelevant to your inquiry.

Ghosted by customer service

Had a mishap with GME and contacted customer about closed captioning for the event (I am deaf – it was stated that the event would have CC.) The only reply I got was "This event may not have closed captioning." Well then why did I buy a ticket if I can't even hear/watch the event? Customer service then ghosted me and never got back to me. I was not able to watch the event and did not receive a refund.

Two thumbs down for bad customer service and an incredibly inaccessible media experience.

Christina Perri Meet and Greet Disaster

I had a ticket for Christina Perri's Meet and Greet on Moment. Firstly the ticket was invalid and I had to reach out to customer service for support, which took over an hour to hear anything back. The second ticket they sent me sent me to the incorrect site which I was unaware of until 3 hours later, as the site said it was the meet and greet. Christina was unable to get the Meet and Greet going at all, which I only found out from another fan in the chat. Moment did not issue any updates, and when I reached out to customer service once more, I received no response. Now, a day later, I am getting an email from customer support that I am getting a refund because I was the one who missed the event and I won't be able to attend the rescheduled one, even though Christina Perri said she would be rescheduling ASAP. Absolutely WORST company, will never be using again!!! Avoid at all costs, this company is an absolute waste of time with terrible customer service and events that do not work.

literally garbage

literally garbage. they should have 0 stars. I had to fight and fight for a refund I was promised from GME because I was continually ghosted by support. The show was at the beginning of September and I just now got a refund. useless company.

Didn’t provide a show and won’t refund

I paid for a show that was going on through Moment House. They weren’t able to provide the show. No big deal. I sent them a message on 9/12 asking for a refund. They told me I should receive it in 7 days.

Here we are, a full MONTH later and. I still haven’t received my refund. What’s even worse is that I’ve sent them multiple support emails and they’ve literally just not responded. They had no issue taking my money but have completely ghosted my after they said they’d provide me a refund.

Scam

Moment house claims have the internet space to not crash, but this is a lie. Mythical was unable to get their show going and had to reschedule at a later date, and moment house promised anyone who couldn’t make the new date a refund. They are now actively refusing to give me a refund AND ignoring my emails:messages. This company is a scam

Absolute let down of a company. DO....NOT....USE....IF....YOU....HAVE.....ANY.....SORT.....OF......PLATFORM.

on top of that they will ignore customers and it WILL come back to you! User beware!

Good Mythical Evening and a bad Moment evening

I never leave negative reviews but I'm in disbelief. We all know what happened at this point the first time Mythical attempted to put on GME.... tonight was take two. Mythical was offering the after show as an add-on, and since I had a bit more money since buying the original ticket I decided to buy it. Again, $1 service fee in 2022? So the wheel just spun and spun and I figured all was well when I received a receipt in my email. But when I clicked the link all it did was try to sell me another ticket. I tried to refresh and everything and could never get in. So $8.81 down the drain. I've reached out for a refund but I don't expect a response for a few days. Moment House is the biggest flop of a company I've ever dealt with and I will never spend another penny with them. Mythical will never sign a contract with this company ever again, but if for some reason they do, I just won't participate. Ridiculous.

Obviously can't even handle the ticket amounts they sell. Website didn't even work for GME and still no updates or emails from them - only from the Mythical team which it isn't their fault. I feel bad for Mythical, not for Moment House. Don't ever buy an experience from them.

Whole website crashed during a live stream event, never posted updates addressing the issues. Effectively leaving their clients to take the heat from social media.

Not a Reliable Website

It works, usually. Just not for me. Their logistical infrastructure is nonexistent. Bought A. Shulz's Infamous. It froze and wouldn't stream. Then the site tried to charge me for a "re-watch." Not holding my breathe on any refunds. Shady online cash grab. Welcome to 2022 I guess.

Absolutely Zero Support.

Had an issue with one of their streams. My first ticket purchase there. Video had intermittent cut-outs and freezes. Others had the same issue. E-mailed their support about it and got an automated response saying they'd get back to me. Never heard back. This is likely another shell organization used to collect money and never provide support--up until the negative publicity gets too much or funds dry up, whereupon they'll fold, claim fiscal losses and move on under a different name. You know, the usual business tactic "successful" people use. Scam corp, stay away.

Update: They finally emailed me back on Zendesk regarding my ticket, but by the time I had gotten to seeing it, they had closed the ticket. Still no refund :(
