Came to this page a few days ago as was thinking of reserving a place for property mentorship based on Mollys social media.
Not going to sign up now though as the page was labelled - Molly Wedding Cakes- but the website linked to Mollys website. Reported to Trustpilot who said the business was showing misleading information.

Im not okay with this, a business shouldn’t do this- It’s not right to mislead customers. I won’t recommend based on this experience.

I’ve done more than my share of property education over the 5 years, and being honest, a lot of it leaves you with lots of information but not much in the way of actual actionable steps.

Until I came across this!

What Molly did really well is take rent to rent and broke it down in such a way to give me a predictable income.

To me Rent 2 Rent was a way to provide me with an extra income and not a full-time business, and Molly's support made this a reality.

It’s not some course where you watch a few videos and then you’re left to figure it all out on your own ( done that in the past).

You’ve got the coaching calls, and boy, are these good. For a young girl, the amount of knowledge she has is amazing, and she really cares, and this makes a massive difference, or at least to me it did.

For me, this is the first time I've felt the coaching was made for me; it was practical and straight to the point.

It was never my intention to set the world alight and earn huge amounts, and with Molly's help, this is just what happened. I've got enough revenue coming in so my wife and I can enjoy our retirement without cutting corners and worrying consistently if we have enough to do what we want to do.

However, I dare say if you were younger and wanted to go all in, there is no reason this wouldn't also work for you.

After spending a considerable amount of time watching various webinars on Rent 2 Rent, I was impressed by the manner in which this was presented. The webinar in itself provided me with value, yes I know it was a means to make me purchase, but I found it was very clear in which it explained the pitfalls and how to structure your business to avoid them. I very much intend on becoming a client and look forward to working with Molly on my business.

Unable to take constructive criticism…

I joined Molly’s free rent to rent Facebook group to learn about property. I was really excited!

However, she posted about an award she received recently. Her post made it seem like she won the award for the quality of her training but didn’t clearly state why she received the award… so I asked. She replied saying she’d received the award for ‘growth and results in her property business’.

However, I did a quick google of the company she received the award from- a company that trains coaches how to market their business. Turns out she received the award for the amount of money she made from her clients since she started working with the company.

So, I replied, stating what she really won the award for, suggested she be more transparent about it and then congratulating her as what she achieved is a major milestone.

She then banned me from the group.

So yeah, I wouldn’t recommend working with someone incapable of taking constructive criticism even when the criticism is about them omitting important information when selling their programme!

I’d find a coach who values transparency!
