Customer service
Jury is still out on whether it is working, keeping an open mind, taste is good, but the measuring cup which they send with the product was shattered upon arrival in post. Not a big deal, but contacted the company and not a word in reply. Then tried to contact through their online chat a couple weeks later and received a response hour later referring to the email but not actually responding to anything.
Again, far from a big deal but for the price of the product and with how tight things are these days, I would rather spend my money on products with better customer service.

Modex trial
Trialing Modex for the first time for the last four weeks. Early days but seem to be feeling better, especially considering I have done Cairns Ironman 70.3 and Gold Coast half marathon followed by the full marathon yesterday. All in 14 days! Have battled with constant sickness since unknowingly competing in Melbourne IM 70.3 with Covid. Since starting Modex there has been a noticeable improvement in my general wellbeing. Will keep going, and see how my health holds up. At this stage, thank you Modex!

Purchased a 1l bottle to test it in my prep ahead of the 70.3 and IM world championships later this year. Became aware of the product via Tim Van Berkel who I respect a lot in the IM world. Been very impressed so far and about to start a subscription to get me through to September.

Hi Manny, It can take up to 2 litres for some people to notice a difference as it can come down to the level of inflammation in your body. Starting with a higher dose first over a shorter period can have more impact also.

Improved Performance & Recovery
Great supplement! I've been using Modex over the last 2 months during my recent marathon training block and can definitely notice a difference in performance during sessions and recovery. The best way I can explain it is being able to push harder for longer during key speed and long workouts. This has translated in a large PR in my half marathon time in a recent race and hope to do the same in the marathon next month.

A little early to say yet as I have only taken 1lt.
Im a 73 year old male that would want have lots of rest. Then fall asleep for an hour.
After taking the 30ml for 2 weeks, I started to notice a difference. Not wanting to rest so much, With more energy. I just have my nap after lunch and I'm ready to go..
I have just started my seccond bottles as I want to give this product a good try.

Hey Robin, keep at it. If you are already noticing that extra energy through the day and have only been taking 30ml a day initially, that’s great. You could increase your dose initially to as much as 100ml a day, then drop it back after your second bottle. This will just ensure you are really improving the blood flow and reducing the inflammation

Invest in this and you won’t turn back
I added this product to my daily routine having 30ml daily and 100ml for larger training days. It has really boosted my training capacity and recovery which has been shown in my data. Give it a go and stick with it, you’ll be pleasantly surprised what happens over the next 30 days.

Fantastic product, two thumbs up... it even tastes good
Fantastic product. Delivery was fast. I only recently heard about Modex, luckily in time for the back end of an Ironman training program. I felt great training and recovered better than ever, particularly noticeable after the first month of using it, just like the website said it would. I had a great race, and will definitely keep using it eyeing up more races.
