I ordered a tracksuit last week, they said 1-2 business days it got to Thursday, I messaged them saying can you tell me where my tracksuit is please. They said it should be with you Friday. No didn’t turn up. They replied yesterday saying it should be with you Saturday. This is has just arrived , I ordered a medium, this is way to big for a medium this is absolutely massive and baggy

Ordered over a month ago wrong T-shirt got sent I sent all clothes back received gift card fast ordered again clothes didn't show up till 2 week later one of the items said refunded still no refund been ignored on Instagram even tho it says seen emailed got a email back for order number then just left again this is over a week ago the shipping is a lie takes a lot longer than says then when items are not in stock they just keep the money instead of refunding and ignore u

Always seems to be blaming DPD but you obviously your not changing your parcel service so your either blagging or your slow to change delivery providers cause that’s all you have told me about my parcel and looking at your reviews it looks like you have had this problem/blagg going for a while I’ve placed my report to the right places anyway It’s a joke 🤣

I ordered a hat which was left outside my door even though I have a porch when I got home the hat was no longer there got hold of DPD. They told me to contact you which I have done but I’ve had no reply.

We have had on going issues with DPD which we can only apologise I am happy to say your parcel is now on it's way to you. The reason there had been problems was that DPD had to relabel parcels send them either send back to us or hold them until they could send out to you.

This was not ideal for both parties We hope you can understand and have a rethink on the review as this was not in our control. Be great to here back from you.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. I ordered trainers at £255, after 2 wears the sole detached. I contacted the company asking for replacement item or refund. I returned the trainers. My faulty trainers were received by Modetrendz who have then declined to process a refund, but kept the item. So I am £255 at a loss without a refund or an item. Modetrendz are ignoring all contact from myself. In my opinion this company are scammers
