Waited over a month to get the items I ordered, which never arrived and now I am arguing with them to get a refund. They have offered me 70% of my money back..this is not okay!!

Ho acquistato diverse volte da Modes e ogni esperienza è stata impeccabile, l’assortimento è davvero di altissimo livello, con brand di lusso e pezzi esclusivi difficili da trovare altrove. La spedizione è stata sempre velocissima e il packaging elegante, perfetto anche per un regalo.

Ho apprezzato molto anche il servizio clienti: rapido, gentile e disponibile a risolvere ogni dubbio. Si percepisce un'attenzione al cliente che fa davvero la differenza.
Consigliatissimo per chi cerca moda di qualità e un’esperienza d'acquisto premium!

It took well over a month to get a reply to tell me it was delivered but I got nothing I have used ups, fedex, and usps and entered the number and use. That's 40$ down the drain

Seems like I have company here in being scammed. They said package was delivered and I've been in my living room the whole time by the bay window and never saw anyone deliver any package. Sent email but not holding my breathe they will reply. The FB post was deceptive in making you think it was Lane Bryant but completely different name after making the order. Has anyone have any luck with a ChargeBack with their bank? I'm usually careful when placing online orders but this one got me.

Unfortunately this is a scam. Says my package was delivered yesterday. No package. Three attempts to contact store with email they provided to no avail. Thought I was ordering from Lane Bryant. Do not order from here. Money wasted and gone.

Would give 0 star ... SCAM for sure. I ordered what should have been clothes from Lane Bryant. It says on the tracker they were delivered but I HAVE NOT received anything. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SCAM SCAM SCAM POS

To double up on my previous review about this company now PayPal can’t get a resolve either, so now it’s just my money wasted on these clowns 🤡 so do yourself a favour and don’t buy from them .

I’ve ordered a Ralph quarter zip from one company but the email was in a different company name it looks cheap and I’d like to return it but don’t know where to return it as there are different addresses, opened a dispute on paypal

My wife ordered what was meant to be a waterproof coat in size XL, received a totally different coat and a size that doesn’t even fit my 10 year old grandson!!! No refund was offered until I got PayPal resolution centre involved and even then only received a partial refund. My advice, avoid this site altogether!! No star review.

I ordered a coat last month, then cancelled the order, within their within their 24hour time frame, they dispatched it anyway, coat arrived too small zip is two way and opened when I tried it on,

Now they don't reply I have 3 return addresses.

2 shirts besteld a 59.90 tesamen. Na 4 weken wachten komen er een pakket vanuit china met 2 totaal niet lijkende shirt.
Teruggestuurd a 20 eurp kosten en daarna nooit meer iets gehoord. Ook niet na 6 x een vericht

Shirt van 32 euro die in de verste verte niet lijkt op wat er besteld is en ook nog eens van vreselijke kwaliteit. Meer dan 3 weken op moeten wachten voor het bezorgd werd vandaag. Retour gaan we maar niet doen omdat dat ook een drama zal zijn. Niets bestellen daar. Lijkt vanuit Nederland te komen maar niets is minder waar.

Sono in ballo dal mese di Ottobre per la sostituzione di una borsa del marchio JACQUEMUS in quanto la borsa presenta un difetto di fabbrica come dallo stesso Staff costato …. In attesa di ricevere il rimborso come concordato…. Risultato dopo 5 mesi e mezzo d’attesa?
La borsa è stata riparata ( da chi non si sa o meglio così dicono ) e ad oggi non ancora in mio possesso…. Ho richiesto ricevuta della riparazione su carta intestata Jacquemus, timbro e firma come da termini di garanzia e ancora nessuna risposta…..scarsa , scarsissima professionalità e attenzione al cliente davvero deludente, come essere stata presa per i fondelli in tutto questo periodo…. Vergognoso veramente !!!

Ordered two of the same items, in different colours, in the same size, by their admission, apparently it isn’t their fault that one is a true to size XL, and the other is a Small, shocking service.

My package has been stuck in shipping for three weeks. FedEx informed me that Modes did not provide the necessary documentation for customs clearance so the package will not be leaving Italy. They do not know if I will ever receive it because Modes is not taking care of the situation. The also informed me that Modes has been informed about the situation but they have not provided the appropriate shipping documents for FedEx to deliver the package to me. I have personally contacted Modes four times and they do not respond. I do not know if anyone works there. I do not know if this is a scam or what is going on. Modes have not responded to my inquiries or corrected the documentation issue with customs. I doubt I am ever going to receive this.

I ordered shoes(rick owens drkshdw distressed low-top sneakers) like a month ago and after i ordered them(18 june 2023) i received an email thats saying my order has been canceled and i will get my money back,im waiting till this day(17 july 2023) to get my money back, im trying contact modes but they doesnt response,im worried about my money beacause that was like 530€
