Ordered a light in January, no updates at all through March. Contacted customer service repeatedly and their rep gave zero actionable information. Full refund through my bank. Avoid at all costs.
Ordered my lamp with included express shipping on 7th of july. Received my package on 17th of august. Meanwhile the carrier called me that the package is coming from china and I have to pay the tax and the customs when the package is delivered. Nothing of that was mentioned before and I thought that the lamp is coming from the UK! At the end I payed nearly 200 US dollar for a cheap lamp from china! Better order from Ali Express or wish for a way better price!
Lamp just stopped workin within 3 months of arriving. Their customer service email does not work, and I get absolutely zero replies from the contact form on their website. Absolute scam - stay away!
Ordered in Feb but didn’t like the lamp so requested a refund as I planned to buy the minimal one instead. It took them 1 month to provide details for me to return the lamp. After another week they confirmed they would send the new lamp instead of a refund. 2 months from the original purchase they sent the wrong lamp as a replacement and have stopped replying. It is now 4 months since the original order with no refund, no replacement and just a box blocking my hallway.

Lamp arrived and was faulty (it is not square when assembled and therefore sits at a strange angle from the wall). Have now sent three emails to get resolved with no response. Terrible service and poor quality product.
I love it! It’s the perfect piece to create the perfect ambiance for my massage therapy space! Easy to put together, easy to use and adjust and fits perfectly in the corner! (Don’t mind the mess in the photo) Thank you highly recommend this company!
The product is very cheaply made and was not worth $170 (that was the sale price too! can't imagine spending full price). I didn't even want to gift it for Christmas to get rid of it because my family deserves better. It costs like $80 to ship back if they organize the label (would still be deducted from the refund) and $200 to ship back if I get the label myself because it's shipped overseas. They offered me a 50% refund so I accepted to be done with them. I tried to warn someone on IG to not purchase but Modern Motus deleted my comment and blocked me. I have other IG accounts so I have started sending private messages to warn others. I plan to continue to warn people. You're better off just buying something of quality from Ikea, Wal-Mart or Target.
