WORST COMPANY EVER. Order never arrived. Won’t refund me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered a product six weeks ago and it has still not arrived, delivery was stated as 7 to 10 days.
I have emailed them but all you get is cliched responses.
Their latest email assured me it is almost here,which the previous email 2 weeks ago
stated, but this one said if delivery was unsuccessful,I could drive to Adelaide airport to collect.
Adelaide airport is almost six hours from where I live, I requested a refund but that was ignored. They are an unreliable and untrustworthy company do deal with.
Avoid at all costs.
After my review was published on Trustpilot I was contacted by Modern Aussies on several occasions stating that they would issue a refund and could I remove the bad review.
One email even gave instructions on how to do it, " in the bottom corner, you will see three dots, click on these and then click delete"
I found that fairly condescending, but I should have expected nothing less . I did receive my refund.

Absolutely shit service they are NOT AUSTRALIAN!!! shipped from China its a drop shop store they buy of temu. Ordered seat covers 3 weeks ago still not arrived tracking says it's coming from China can't get in touch with them they do not reply to emails will be returning my purchase for a refund when it finally arrives will definitely be reporting this site PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDS.

There was an issue regarding delivery, which admittedly was my fault to begin with, however an email was sent to the company within minutes of the order being placed. There was no effort to assist with the issue what-so-ever even though the order had not been packaged at the time. They still had the order in their possession for another 10 days before being sent to the post office. Plenty of time to assist with the issue. As such, the item was no longer required by the time delivery was received at which point they refused a refund even though I was happy to pay the return postage.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Refund was given after editing online review and I have been repeatedly called and contacted with requests to further edit the review.

Rather than pestering dissatisfied customers, please work on improving your quality control and service! If you provide a good service, you will receive good reviews. Please do not contact me again.

Dont bother, it’s just another drop shipping chinese company claiming to be australian. Very disappointed to watch my mother open nothing on christmas day.

I posted to this site in August/September regarding my issues with and false advertising of a purchased item.
Since then I have had several contacts from Modern Aussies offering me credits for future purchases - why would I deal with them again!?
And offered money for me to take down my review. Blackmail.

My son and I both received an R36S console. The console performs really well and is quite ergonomic in the hands.

Amazed at how many games are available on this unit.

My 7 yr old son is loving the old school games and playing the games his dad grew up with. I’m talking Tony Hawks Pro Skater, Goldeneye, Super Mario Kart etc.

Would 100% recommend one for anyone you know that grew up in the golden era of gaming or anyone that has a serious passion and love for gaming in general.

While I haven't checked the item yet, as it is a Christmas gift, I was happy with the delivery. 7 total days, including the weekend, and the garden bed had arrived.

I ORDERED MY ITEM AND PAID FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING (3-8 DAYS) WITH NOTHING SAYING IT WAS BEING SHIPPED FROM CHINA (TRACKING SAYS ITS STILL THERE AND ITS BEEN A WEEK) DONT ANSWER EMAILS. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BOGUS COMPANY OR BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
EDIT: CALLED ME AND OFFERED A 25% REFUND IF I REMOVED THIS REVIEW. MY ITEM DIDNT ARRIVE IN TIME, IT ARRIVED LATE EVEN AFTER PAYING FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING. I have shopped once with this business and never again. Unable to provide tracking information for an order and do not reply to email or Facebook chats within the specified time frame stated on the website. I will raise this as a fraudulent charge on my account as they clearly don’t know how to provide customer service.

I have purchased 2 magnetic power banks. Very pleased with magnetic connections, less stress on phone charging terminal due to the magnetic connection. It also came in handy with our last trip to Japan. As we all know the phone runs out of power when taking videos photos. This is where the mag.power banks save the day.The communication was very fast when asking questions about products (Thanks Lee)I always ask questions when purchasing .

Fast delivery and item was exactly as promoted with great games and nostalgic experience. Would highly recommend for anyone.

Ships from China took 4 weeks to arrive and broke when using it for the first time, these reviews about auspost and fast delivery are scammy and seem written by the company, no reply to emails. Contacted my bank for a refund.

The shoes feel great! Not gonna lie i was nervous about the change, but im so glad i did. They are comfortable and flexable, i really feel like im wearing nothing. But i know my feet are protected. Glad ive got 2 pairs.
The shipping process needs a little adjustment, honestly. But they finally arrived and i couldnt be happier.

What a team . Didn't hear anything for a couple of day after I ordered from the store but when I made contact to follow up these guys were just fabulous to deal with . Answers straight away with time frames and tracking numbers. So thanks Lee and the team would be happy to uses you folk again . Kind Regards .

Do not buy from these guys if you think you are buying from Australian stock. And do not trust their delivery times. Although the website uses the word Aussie a lot , products come direct from China.
My order had tracking that did not update for 2 weeks despite my requests. Then I got a response informing of a shipping delay.
The product was ordered on 26 Sept and did not arrive until 26 October.
I requested a refund several times and also checked their policy. They offered 35% refund and keep the product. Due to the delay in shipping I now have no use at all for the product as it was for a specific event.
When they finally sent me an authorisation for a return - the return address was in China.

Email communication was great. The product is fantastic well made great price lightweight fast drying perfect for travelling. Wish they had more colours.

Could not believe how quickly once the order was placed the response of ModernAusies.An email confirming the order was received (unfortunately found its way in the SPAM file) which was unfortunate.
Next day I received an SMS from Aus.Post that my parcel was in transit and should receive it soon.Thank you Modern Ausies for the prompt service that you provided

I purchased a gaming device from Modern Aussies that was faulty from the start. After weeks of back-and-forth communication, they confirmed in writing that they would issue a refund but never followed through. Now, they are completely ignoring all my follow-up messages.

Update - they have now followed through with the refund. Have changed the review from a 1 star to a 3 star as it was still a faulty item and refund took too long to process.
