Poor customer service

Never got my package, lack of communication. I have to continue to message for them to actually do something about my order which I still haven’t received anything about or been given a refund.

Amazing, Highly recommend

Super fast shipping, frequent notifications and tracking throughout, and didn't expect such good quality for the price (cheapest I could find anywhere in Australia!) and did not expect the colour to be as on photo. Will be buying again!

I will never buy online again 😡

I went to the store and the service was amazing the lady was lovely
But I will never Order online again As I told them I had a missing item and said they said they will speak to there processing team and it’s been a while now soon as I requested a refund on my item I got no reply back at all
I don’t care about to price of the item it’s the fact I paid for it and don’t have the item
It’s like me going to the store and taking the item without paying

The item I got is exactly as shown in picture, very elegant, the material is really good, I really liked it, the shipping was quick, but the first time I ordered the item, the order was cancelled I don't know why, and the money were returned.

Quick delivery

Always quick delivery happy with my scarfs my only suggestion is to make it clear if things are lined or not ie: if skirts, dresses tops are transparent 😊
