model was delivered promptly, however really poor example, serious paint flaws and lots of excess glue used.
difficult to get a response however was advised that was typical of a £50 model. Agreed to replace, model was returned via Royal mail. no sign of replacement item, no response from company when contacted.
Really poor service, awful experience overall.
I will never use again. avoid these people.

Always a bit sceptical about purchasing from new places however I’m so glad I did. Fabulous service at reasonable prices. Will for sure purchase any future items from here.

Bought a brand new 1:18 Top Speed Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4. The model is new as described, packaging was good, delivery was quick. However, one of the wheels is bent and it wiggles when rotating. It might be a QC issue but since it is a brand new model, this type of defects is not what you want to see as a buyer.

Two very rare models and I was looking for I've had a lot of trouble finding and they had both of them and not only were they brand new like it said but there were no defects nothing wrong shipped unbelievably fast across the pond. Could not be nore pleased with my purchases

I ordered a 1.18 scale Ferrari in November but it was cancelled because my card didn't go through. I didn't realise this for about a couple of month's. I reordered it in February and it went through I tried to contact Model universe several times wondering when i would get a delivery, until I eventually got a reply to say I should get the product sometime this year, they couldn't give a clear date.
On the description when I first ordered it, it said PRE ORDER which is what I did, I just went to check to see how my order is doing and says they are all sold out.
Discusting customer service, consequently I have cancelled my order, this amounts to false selling.
