Poor Communication and Unexplained Cancellation
I was disappointed with my experience with this store. I placed an order, and later I only found out through a bank notification that my money would be refunded. I did not receive any email or explanation from the store regarding the cancellation of my order.
I understand that stock issues or other unforeseen circumstances can occur, but I believe it is a matter of basic customer respect to be informed about the reason for the cancellation and the refund process.
The communication was very poor and unprofessional. A simple notification would have been enough.
