MODBORN FURNITURE Recenzje

We had a wonderful experience. The chair came perfectly wrapped and is amazing. Fast shipment also. Thank you great purchase.

Absolutely 100% quality and service. I've owned genuine and reproduction Eames arm chairs over the years and I can assure anyone contemplating a reproduction, that this is best version I have ever seen and at a great value. It was shipped quickly with simple and easy to follow assembly instructions. Seriously, ignore all the others and buy from here.

I contacted several internet furniture suppliers in my search for an office chair before hitting on Modborn.
If was in the market for any more furniture I would go to them again because:-
They have an efficient ordering and delivery system which leaves you in no doubt what is going on.

They respond immediately to any queries

The products they supply are packaged well and are of very good quality.

I would have saved myself time and trouble if I had gone to them first.

I had been looking around for a long time to find a quality reproduction at a good price. They shipped it quickly to me and I was impressed with the look and quality. Will definitely buy from them again.

I was delighted with the comfort of this stylish chair,

The service was exceptional: Delivery was very quick and communication comprehensive. The seller was both courteous and polite in all my dealings with him.

Ordered a chair just before xmass, came on time. Had a little issue with one part but it's been replaced in no-time. Very happy, especially given price paid. Would recommend!

Excellent service, quality products at a great price!
I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I live out in the middle of nowhere on the west coast of Scotland. As a result I buy a lot of products online. Any company that provides the service that they promise on their website will get my return business - there are many businesses who cannot even live up to the standards they set themselves. However, ModBorn is one company that goes over and above in its products, which are fantastic quality, and its customer service, which is second to none. I have bought a number of products from them - the packaging is excellent, the delivery times as stated and the goods themselves of high quality. I would also highly rate their follow up service. I have no problem in highly recommending this business.

What's left to say? The company is great, their customer service is excellent, their products and prices are really great.
I can strongly recommend this company!!

I wanted to order an artichoke lamp and wanted to know details about delivery to Switzerland. I was helped on the phone, got email confirmation within minutes. Great service. When I ordered the product it was delivered within 5 days. The product is nice, it is of course nowhere near the original when it comes to details, but for the price it is great.

Great service and good quality.

Brilliant comms and great item. Then fantastically quick delivery.
Will deal again!

Parcel delivered in good condition and earlier than expected. Great selection of furniture for very good prices, their customer service is excellent and I will definitely not hesitate to use Modborn again in the very near future.
Thanks again,
Frank

I am very pleased with my purchase from Modborn. Mr Khan was very helpful and was in contact via telephone and email in answer to my enquiries. The quality of the chair I purchased, an Eames style black leather softpad, is really very good and it was simple to put together.

I 've buy a earnes chair. Replica is very well done. Very good wood a care for details. I order and received in few days. I was in touch with customer service ..amazing ! Reply after 2 minutes to your email with a proactive solution.

Ordered at end of day Friday and delivered following Tuesday. Excellent service and product for the second time. Would use again.

I've used ModBorn Furniture a few times now and they have never let me down. Always respond to emails and they always provide brilliant customer service. Items are always delivered as fast as they possibly can and the updates you are sent are really helpful.

Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them - always my first port of call for when we need to order office / studio furniture.

Great Service received from ModBorn Furniture. Ordered Sunday and chair arrived on Wednesday. Pretty good for delivery to the Scottish Highlands and at a reasonable delivery charge (some companies don't deliver here at all or charge an inflated rate). So, full marks on that. Required a spare part after assembly and this arrived within 2 days. No quibbling. And follow up email to check if all ok. Speedy response and good communication.
