I don't recommend anyone to order from them when you did the order they told you no return and exchange. and then they charge you for cargo after all of that DHL they send me message you have to pay 200$ for shipping ad the dress is 400$ or we can not give you the dress we gonna return it back I talk to them to help me with that they said sorry that IS your country turf and they told me they put in their website in the tiny place box so no one can seen it unless you search on it word by word honestly there BIG SCAMMED IF YOUR INTERNATIONAL DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS NOT WORTH IT And there not gonna help you with any thing

I had to pay 94 € taxes and they didn’t tell me that when ordering (they just told me that they wrote about taxes on their website. Afterwards, the taxes authority told me that they can give me the money back if I got an ATR document from the shop where I bought the dress. But the shop refused to send it to me. So they didn’t help me. It is only a document that they won’t send to me.

The dress was perfect as described. The attached skirt needed some altering as it was too big for my waist but other than that the dress arrived early and I couldn’t be happier with their services even attending immediately to all my questions.

i had the greatest experience with them. the employee i was in contact with was so friendly and helpful. i give my measurements and they suggested 46 but my measurements says 44 but they wear right! the dress fits me perfectly and as the picture on the website.thank you Modazehrada it will not be the last time

THEY WILL PLAY DUMB AND IGNORE U. THE TARIFF WILL COST U MORE THAN THE DRESS. THEY HAS THIS ISSUE MANY TIMES AND STILL HIDE IT FROM OTHER CUSTOMERS AND PLAY DUMB. DONT ORDERR!!!!

Je suis très décue de ma commande sur Modazehrada. Les articles semblaient corrects, mais j'ai dû payer des frais de douane extrêmement élevés, presque aussi chers que ma commande ! Rien n'était clairement indiqué lors de l'achat, ce qui donne l'impression d'une mauvaise surprise au moment de la livraison. Je ne recommanderai pas ce site et ie ne commanderai plus chez eux.

Gerçekten, onlardan bir elbise sipariş ettim ve elbiseyi gördüğümde hissettiğim mutluluğu tarif etmem mümkün değil.
