I love everything that I got from here!! Quality is great, the material is soft, and the wear is beautiful! Fast shipping. Great service! Will definitely buy from here again and again! Definitely recommend— you won’t regret it one bit!

It’s been 3 weeks now that I’ve ordered from here and I haven’t received any information regarding my order. My advice is it’s a fraud DON’T BUY FROM HERE!

I would like a return to my dress i got it in HORRIBLE condition and have been trying to contact the seller but they haven’t responded, on the app shop i had informed u guys about this issue and u had said that if she didn’t respond in two business days u would deal with this issue sp please write back and give me a return i didnt not spend about 100 dollars on this fake dress for my graduation.

I ordered the outfits in the size needed as per the sizing chart. The outfits were too small and when measured were 6" smaller than the sizes indicated in the chart. When I wrote customer service they stated they could send another or offer a refund on one of the 2 outfits (both were not the right size). Since the new outfits would not arrive in time for the events I need them for I asked for a refund. It has now been over a month and no refund has been issued and customer service has stopped responding.
One of the 2 outfits ordered is beautiful in design and fabric. The only issue is the size. I have taken this outfit to a seemstress for rework to see if it can be refit to be of use.
The other outfit was sent with a dupatta that was not remotely close to that pictured on the site, the neckline was not the same cut as pictured on the site either and the size was too small.
I am very disappointed overall.

Shipping took a little bit but when it arrived it was a well made beautiful piece.

Asalamu Alaikum, I am Nouf Alhameli and I ordered a dress for my graduation with my cousin. Which was the color creme size XS. We both ordered the same dress, the same size but different colors ( she ordered light purple). We ordered it simultaneously, but hers got here earlier and our graduation is tomorrow. I am writing this 1 month after my graduation, I got the dress it's horrible it's just like my cousin's dress but if it was cardboard brown, it was terrible.

. Terrible material it looks like they got it at a dollar store. And for the price of 95 dollars, I am appalled, It's a total scam!

. A completely different shade of purple, In the photo it shows a nice, subtle, light purple. But in real life it's neon purple, ( It's so ugly ).

.It's cross style at the front just seeps
down.

. And finally, I cannot explain how different it looks from the picture, It's honestly horrible They didn't even try to match it. Horrible horrible experience and they wouldn't even take the time to answer me back in the emails I sent. I sent 5 emails and they sent one after a week simply saying ( your order is currently through dispatch give it a few days and later on we will send you the ID tracking number) a reminder we ordered them at the same time.

In conclusion, I am extremely upset with the: service, quality, and the price of 95 dollars for a few pieces of cheap fabric and honestly every single thing. I will not be ordering from them again, and these are the reasons why I want a refund immediately. I sent an email asking them for a refund and why ... they told me to send a video of what it looks like and they would send it to the people who made it (the brand Istehaya) and that if they don't answer back within 48 hours they will begin their process of my refund, I sent it and they never answered back in weeks, I want a refund immediately and I am telling you whatever you do DON'T BUY FROM THIS, or at least istehaya.

The dresses arrived ,were totally different style and fabric and colour than the picture displayed on the website. I was so disappointed.

Giving it 2 stars because the customer service was good. I had bought 2 abayas from a seller called Modaline. I noticed that it hadn’t shipped out yet and Eid Al Fitr was coming up and I was worried that it wouldn’t come in time. So I contacted customer service to see if I can get it shipped quicker and somehow one of the abayas I bought was out of stock despite me being able to purchase it, which I thought was weird. So I had asked for a refund for that abaya. The refund was supposed to happened in 2-3 days but it didn’t. I let some time pass but I had to go through my bank to get my refund.

Modasty ne mérite aucune étoile. Cela fait presque 2 mois que j'attends l'expédition de ma commande. Alors que c'est mentionné dans leur programme de protection que si le client n'a pas reçu dans les 14 jours le numéro de suivi, Modasty était garant de faire un remboursement complet. Un service après vente désastreux qui ne réponds même plus à nos messages!!??? Et le comble de tout cela, j'avais reçu un dès articles après 6 longues semaines d'attente, l'article ne correspondait pas du tout à la description sur le site. Aucune considération pour la clientèle. Méfiez-vous! Une grosse arnaque ce site Modasty, je vous aurai prévenu!

The item doesn’t look like the picture. It is bad quality, cheap fabric and high price.
The sewing is not good quality as well. Shipping and delivery are too late. I bought this items for Eid and it arrived three days later. It took nineteen days to arrive, however it said it arrives in two weeks. Autocratic policy, neither cancellation nor return.

The dresses are completely different from the pictures, in material, colour etc. and the sizing is completely off as well. It's quite unfortunate that despite paying high amounts the product itself has very bad quality.

Arnaque.
Vêtements qui viennent de vendeurs différents et de pays étrangers donc les délais d’envoi sont très longs (+1mois!) alors qu’initialement c’est indiqué envoi sous 2-3 jours et réception sous 14-15jours!
J’ai demandé un remboursement sans même ouvrir le colis et on me l’a refusé.
J’ai ouvert le colis pour regarder la robe et elle est horrible!!! Rien à voir avec la photo! Elle a plein de défauts ! Elle est transparente et qualité 0 même au marché c’est mieux!!! Robe vendue 70€ qui en vaut même pas 10!!!

The dress is really pretty, super accurate measurements, the fabric is really nice, the color is fabulous, length is pretty good and overall just like the picture!!
