MocoQueen Recenzje

Fast shipping and comfortable lenses.

Excellent presentation!! Love all you ladies. Did a great job and I love everything I purchased. Thank you!!

Contacts arrived super super speedy!! They are so so comfortable you don't even feel them in your eyes, and they look great too!! Would get lenses there again 🥹🫶

Love their lenses especially the UV ones. Fast shipping and great customer service and quality.

I absolutely love the contacts from this company. They deliver in wonderful packaging, in a timely manner. Thank you!

MocoQueen has become my #1 place to purchase contacts now. I find the contacts have a larger pupil so I don't lose my vision when wearing them. They're more comfortable than other brands I've tried, so my eyes don't dry out as fast. The colors are much brighter too!

Delivery and quality is on point. I like that they don’t charge you per contact.

I love the free delivery when it comes within 3-5 days and that they very cool each and every one of them.

Customer service has been no help. I am going to miss an important event due to lack of communication and effort to fix a mistake THEY made. I've tried for weeks (this time) to get a reply on why I couldn't add my Rx, and I never got an answer. And now I've placed an order (like they told me to) and I'm being sent 0.00 contacts that will be absolutely USELESS to me. They told me I could re order and send the wrong order back, but I can't afford it, nor do I have the time, and I shouldn't have to considering they wouldn't reply until AFTER the order shipped. I gave them plenty of time to reply BEFORE the order shipped to respond. So, beware. You might not get an answer from "customer care"

Edit: I have spoken to customer service and they have MORE than fixed the issue. That's a win in my book. There was some miscommunication, and they not only fixed their first mistake, but made up for the overall inconvenience of everything. THIS is how you run a business. I will be back.

Arrived on time, good condition, and as advertised :3

My colored contacts came in way sooner than I expected which is sooo great considering I have a convention to go to soon!! The quality is so much better than I expected, it feels soft no scratchiness or irritation!

I really enjoy my contacts, very comfortable for day to day wear :)

I am so incredibly happy with the company. One of the contact lenses came defective, and they were very prompt in sending me another one. The contact lens that worked was very comfortable. I look forward to getting my replacement so I can wear these. It's one thing for a company to have decent products, but something that sets a company apart from the rest is having really good customer service. And this company had impeccable customer service. I was very pleasantly surprised at the response time and how they handled it. Will definitely order from this company again

Arrived on time. Came with there own contact case. They fit very well, only minimal peripheral vision deafening. But forgot i was even wearing contacts after the first hour. They definitely stick out with allot of compliments.

They got to me a day earlier than what they were supposed to, which was amazing. They came with cases, put them in and the colors were beautiful and vibrant.

The products are always EXCELLENT.
I have become familiar with the staff and have come to recognize their names and emails so that's really cool.
The ordering process was a little difficult to be honest (due to the fact that I don't wear contacts or near prescriptions of any kind) but I understand the process. Still, there is no wear else that I would go for contacts for costumes.

Mocoqueen went out of their way to correct and make amends for a issue. Very happy with the service.

Fast shipping! and the contact lenses feel so good in my eyes and are easy to put in.

It was a good experience, they were always attentive and the order arrived quickly.

I love these contacts! Fit is perfect and they look amazing. Make sure you are purchasing the correct dimensions for your eye, this took some accidental trial and error for me but these ones are perfect! I barely remember I’m even wearing them, they are so comfortable. Until someone mentions how good I look, anyway.
