Strawberry Robe - absolutely love it

Ordered the strawberry robe. There was a delay in the order due to the mass amounts of orders they got from the robe going viral, but they were always very kind and on top of providing updates. I never once needed to contact them, they always notified me first. I have had the robe for several months now and I absolutely love it. It is soft, cozy, well made. No issues with switching or buttons. It is the ultimate robe to wear around the house.

Ordered the strawberry robe as a gift…

Ordered the strawberry robe as a gift for my daughter. The robe is perfect with the exception of one button falling off the first time she wore it, but sewed it back on. I know the owner had a ton of orders for her item and had some problems. She has stayed in touch with updates about the delays and has been most cooperative in keeping the customers informed. She has also offered a healthy discount on future purchases as a means to make amends. I appreciate her professionalism and care for her customers. Despite the delay in receiving the robe, I would gladly order from this company again.

No tracking. Poor quality

No tracking information and no notification that the order has been sent out. It took over a month to receive my blouse. The problem isn't the time it takes, it's that you spend all this time not knowing if you'll even receive your item. That's the first problem. Next is the quality. Is the blouse cute? Yes. It looks as it does on the website, but don't be deceived. The craftsmanship is poor; there were threads loose all over the garment and the fit is completely off. It's described as one size. For who?! It's a good thing I'm a size small because it just barely fits right. I don't think it's the company's intention to rip people off; it is a legit company. However they really need to fix these issues that many people have brought up!

As stated on the site, I have a quality guarantee. Sometimes products are not up to my standards. This doesn't happen often, but when it does I guarantee that it will be fixed. Please send over some images of the item.

Aside from that, please check your spam folder. Emails regarding confirmation and shipment are sent out automatically and often end up in spam.

There is sizing information in the description of each item. If the sizing is off by more than 3cm when measured accurately, it becomes eligible for a refund.

Never again: Horrible communication, no delivery, no tracking after 3 weeks of waiting

Horrible communication. Ordered an item on December 13th, received no confirmation of the order (yes I checked my spam), no tracking, and completely missed the entire holiday season (NYE would have been acceptable). When I reached out, customer service took 4 days to reply (I sent an email on December 23rd, and didn't hear back until December 27th), said they estimated it should have been delivered but could not provide tracking. They claim to have sent another package, but again provided no tracking. Finally a week later they "got their system synced" and gave me a bad tracking number. So three weeks later, I'm out 65 bucks, and no idea where either of the two packages I was sent are. I'm about to do a dispute with PayPal, because this seems to be a scam or something.

Edit: I've edited this post to correct a few facts.

You say you took time off, which is fine. The issue here (and the issue with most of your negative reviews) is that you don't communicate well. People really don't like throwing their money into the internet and not hearing back from you for several days. My order was never acknowledged until I took the initiative to reach out to you. I checked my spam. But besides that, if you're taking time off work, set up an automatic response to let people know what is going on. I have a vacation response on my email, everyone I know does. Had I known you were taking time off for the holidays and your birthday (which is wonderful, people work too much) I would have probably purchased from a different vendor. But I didn't know your plans, and because of that didn't get gifts in time for the holidays. So now I'm mad. Do you see how communicating with customers would have avoided this whole situation? People won't get as mad about delays if they know what is going on. I couldn't even tell my girlfriend what day to expect the package and felt like an idiot because I had spent money on some website and didn't even have a receipt to show her.

Edit 2: Store has been in communication and is working on a resolution, so updating the ratings to 3 stars.

I have communicated to you the facts as best as I can during this whole process. I saw your review, but I feel it does not represent what has happened.

I told you the items had shipped, and they had. I never said they were delivered. I said that, based on the time it usually takes, it should have reached you by the 24th. That didn't happen, so I suspected the item had been lost and immediately sent out another package for you, even though that is incredibly expensive for me. The reason you didnt get the first tracking number is because there is no point in sending a number that is now believed to be lost. It takes my system a bit sometimes to properly update, and with the resend that is what I had to do to get the tracking sent to you. If you did not receive an order confirmation email, you should check your spam. Those emails never have an issue with being sent. The shipping numbers, however, have had issues with reaching people in the past.

You should use parcelsapp.com to track the package. Sometimes due to the way they are scanned in, the default tracking service ONLY references USPS or exclusively major shipping companies, so it won't display all the information.
I have done everything I can to get you this package, and the resend is still on its way.

Bad reviews are taken very seriously and mean a lot to me. I work very hard to earn good reviews. I am the only employee and this is my livelihood, so I am always striving for the best customer service I can provide. During the holiday season I took a few days off for Christmas and my birthday, and I believe that contributed to the delay in response, but I believe I am completely in the right there as I usually never take breaks.
It would mean the world to me if, at the very least, you could update the review so that it reflects what has actually happened.

Communications great, clothing quality not so much

Clothing items were cheap quality and unfortunately the pants I received (egirl punk cargo pants) had an incorrect belt typo, and was much shorter than the picture. Overall textures were not my favorite but it's likely something I can work with. Disappointed at how much I spent vs the general price I've seen elsewhere as of yesterday. I do have to say she was lovely in communication back and forth and sent out a package after my original had been lost, though I did have to prompt her and ask her for communication to receive said communication. This clothing quality is very much costume like, so do not expect top tier, but it is cute.

Mochipan is great

Mochipan is great! My strawberry robe did arrive and was beautifully made! I am from Grand Rapids Michigan and the service to get the robe to me was excellent. The robe is very soft and comfortable and of course very cute :) 🥰 I highly recommend buying from mochipan.

Strawberry Robe from a trusted overseas company

I ordered this robe on September 10th and it was shipped on September 20th. I received the package on October 11th and was able to track it the entire time even with standard shipping. The strawberry robe is very nice quality with some additions/changes made by the company to improve on the design. I was very satisfied with the overall process of the purchase as I did reach out to customer service with a question and received a response within 24 hours or so. I'd recommend this company to others rather than ali/wish because of the quality, transparency and the fact that they accept PayPal as well.

super nice customer service and quality :)

i made a big order on july 29th, it was my first online order so i was scared, it took a while to arrive (almost 2 months) but trust me, it is SO worth it!
the quality of the cardigans, sweaters and pants is so good and firm (in a good way, of course), their email replies usually takes 2 hours or 4, the tracking wasn't available but it came in good conditions anyways.
i even got a item refunded (it was a 42cm tigger skirt, out of stock but they even asked to change it to the same one but in 39cm) with no problem, definitely will buy again from this store.
they also sent some little gifts for the late arrival! thank you sooo much mochipan ilyy

Bad communication, low quality robe

Edit: It’s now December 22 and while I wear the robe a lot because it’s comfy, I’ve realized how low quality it is. Multiple buttons have fallen off. I’m not talking about the part that you can sew on, I’m talking about the strawberry that’s glued to that part. I’ve tried reapplying super glue just to have them fall off again. I’m going to have to remove all the buttons myself, buy some new ones that aren’t cheap and sew them on. With all of the issues I’ve had with this company, I would not purchase again. It’s not worth the price at all.

The robe itself is decent, but I feel that with my order in particular, the company lacked communication and was difficult to deal with.

The robe was ordered May 11th as a birthday gift from my husband. On May 25th when we still had not received the robe, my husband emailed the company, to which they referred us to a blog post explaining that they received a ton of orders and things would take longer than expected. Totally understandable. And it even said, "Your order is slated to ship out within the next week!" However, after three weeks, it still was not shipped out.

I emailed again on June 20th inquiring about the robe. They said, "I've taken a look at your order and noticed that your order has a special note on it-- it appears that we sent an email to you approximately two weeks ago regarding your order, but it was returned to us. I'm sorry that we've yet to reach out to you again regarding your order." It's disappointing to hear that they knew the email didn't go through, but didn't bother to resend it. I have no issue with a product taking longer than expected, but I would hope there's proper communication about it.

The email continues that they made a logistical error and ran out of my size. They wouldn't restock until the end of June and could be shipped as soon as the first week of July. However, they said if I chose another size--that they had in stock--they could ship the order out the week of June 27th. I decided to go with a different size so I could get it and not have to worry about it.

On July 2nd (the last business day of the week they said my robe would ship) I checked the tracking which still had not been updated. I sent them another email asking if they shipped it and if not, when I could expect them to. They told me their system was congested and they still had not shipped it, but they would push it to the top of their list. I finally received the robe on July 17th.

I hate to leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company wasn't as good as I hoped. They put out their final blog update about the robes on May 12th saying that they would start shipping on May 20th. When I saw others receiving their robes and no further updates, it felt like perhaps mine was the only one that hadn't shipped. The one time they attempted to update me through email after that--without me having to contact them first-- they knew it didn't go through and didn't bother to resend it. I truly have no issue with waiting longer than expected for a product as long as there's clear communication about it. I don't feel that there was proper communication with my order.

I do appreciate that the company responded quickly to my emails. I just wish that for an $80 product, they would have been more proactive about getting a correct timeline to me without me having to reach out to them first. I do think this is the result of a rapidly growing business and is something that they can easily iron out with time. I would like to confirm that I DID receive my robe. I saw people on social media thinking the company was a scam, but it's not. Just some growing pains that hopefully will lead to a better Mochipan once figured out!

I am really sorry about all of the delays associated with your order. As you state, it was a sudden increase of about 5x, and it was very hard to keep up with. I did my best as only 1 of 2 employees at the time to keep up, and admittedly it was very difficult. I have made a lot of changes to ensure Mochipan will be a much smoother business with a much better experience.

Things have been quite difficult recently due to my being hospitalized, and a lot of things have fallen through the cracks. This is not what I want for Mochipan, and I will always do my best to make sure Mochipan is the best business it can be.

Many update emails were sent out and I had not been aware that they were just not reaching some customers. In cases where emails are returned to us, unless we have the correct email we are not able to inform you that the email did not go through. Honestly, I am not totally certain about what happened in your case specifically as I was not the one handling your case this time, but I understand that the lack of communication is frustrating. I tried my best to keep people updated, and I am very sorry that you were not kept in the loop.

Feedback like this is very honest and raw, and I sincerely thank you for the review. Thank you so much for giving Mochipan a chance. I promise that if you ever come back and shop here it will be much better. I will send you an email with a gift card just in case you'd like to use it! :)

Okay quality, fast customer service but slow shipping

After I got an email confirming my purchase on one t-shirt it took Mochipan a month to send out my order. After that shipping tracking showed my order staying in Chine for almost a month. At that point I sent a message asking what's going on with my shipment and they answered really fast. After all I had to wait for my order around 2 and a half months from the point of purchasing it.

The product itself is just as described and alright quality, not what I would get from other stores for 20€ but good enough that I would pay that amount again for a pretty shirt of the same quality. Very happy with what I got. If you have the patience to wait a little while, I would recommend Mochipan!

This is already said on the site but really remember to double check sizing! All my clothes are XS-XXS but the t-shirt I ordered from Mochipan is L and it's just my size.

a lovely store with plenty of cute apparel!

easy to go through shop, purchased their strawberry blouse recently and i love it to piece! good quality fabric, no silk screen crumble away print, light and breathable, good sewing, well worth the purchase at this time! I ordered a few more shirts from them and im excited to expand my wardrobe with more cute shirts that fit my body type while still having extra breathing room!

Very good quality

To be honest, I wasn't very keen when my daughter told me she wanted to order clothes from Mochipan. But I was really surprised by the quality of the clothes, and the very reasonable delay. We have even placed a second order!

Highly recommend

The items were really good quality. I was surprised! One of my skirts arrived with a few issues but they were very kind and attentive and fixed the issue quickly by sending me a new one. Shipping takes a bit but the customer service and quality are great. I recommend.

It seems like overpriced clothing

It seems like overpriced clothing, the fluffy pink hoddie seemed cheap and the XXL seemed like an M.
Not recomend, maybe the instore clothes are different, but i will not buy again.
