This product has changed my life…
This product has changed my life completely. I suffered so bad since been diagnosed with Graves disease. I've been taking this for 4 months now and my quality of life has changed hugely.....thank you MOBU... you'll be my forever vitamin go to from now on :)

Missing order never replaced
I hate complaining, but after my original order went missing, I was promised a replacement was on it's way. No confirmation was sent and no tracking details.. and after another week.. no replacement has arrived. So now I am chasing again .
This was a one off purchase and sadly I will think twice about buying again.

So sorry about this experience - we had dispatched a replacement promptly but it appears the courier has lost this item too.
We have started a case with them to find out why they are having difficulty delivering to your address and tracking number hasn't updated.

Poor delivery this time
The delivery date did not match the tracking information. The items were delivered one week after the tracking delivery date and were delivered to the wrong house and left under one of my neighbours cars in the driveway. Luckily the items were not damaged as it had been raining, the bag was soaked but the plastic bags inside remained intact. Very disappointed with the courier service on this occasion, as not had an issue before.

So sorry to here this about the delivery experience - I completely understand how frustrating it is when tracking information is inaccurate and a parcel is left in an unsafe place, especially in poor weather. That’s certainly not the standard we expect from our courier partners.
I’m relieved to hear the products themselves arrived safely and weren’t damaged, but that doesn’t take away from the inconvenience this caused. We do regularly review courier performance and feedback like this is taken seriously when raising issues with them.

A First-class Service!
The item ordered was supplied exactly as described. It was well-packed with delivery being completed the next day! Communication with the supplier was excellent. Altogether a first-class service! I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Mobu.

Must have product
I bought Magnesium Glycinate which itself is brillliant, really helped ease my restless legs and my sleep has improved. Delivery of the product was faster than I expected, and the welcome email I received was different but totally delightful, had to watch it a few times and made me laugh each time. Will def be re-ordering.
