I kept seeing charges? In fact three this week. I checked my subscriptions showing they were cancelled in 2024. Contacted my bank and they showed numerous charges in 2025. I have filed a claim and waiting for reimbursement.

This app is a complete hoax. I paid $30 to have the ability to watch free drummers for one week. I have watching 43 episodes of one vertical. I was told that I would need to buy more coins to be able to continue watching these shorts. Other than that, I can wait 12 hours to watch another one. I am going to be trying to get a refund. I would suggest not using

I signed up to finish a book i started, but the book ended at half way thru with no way of finishing the book. When I paid thru apple pay it was for 30 days. I knew at that point I had been ripped off. I just checked my account and a week later they took another 13.99 from my account. I can't get anywhere to cancel. Don't use this service. a Complete rip off! I will file complaints where necessary

I cancelled subscription and checked every website and phone app to see if I am still subscribed but they still charge me every week and emails don’t go through. They are scamming people.

I asked for refund but the have refused to even mention my request. They are scammers. Your bank details are not safe with them. Pls cancel your subscriptions. You are not safe with them.

Bei dem Buch das ich lesen wollte entwickelte sich der finanzielle Aufwand zum "Raubrittertum". Erst kann man mit Werbung anschauen weiterlesen. Was sich schon zur Frechheit entwickelt (erst ein Video dann 2, 3, 4 und eigentlich noch mehr da 1 Video 2 Spiele bewirbt) dann geht das nicht mehr und man muss Mützen kaufen um weiterlesen zu können. Dann wird das erschwert weil der Preis für ein Kapital so hoch wird das man zu einem Abo gedrängt wird. All das für jeweils nur sehr wenige Seiten. Außerdem ist die Übersetzung vom Englischen auch noch schlecht. Finger weg!

This company should be reported to the better business bureau. They are scammers, with all the little side games, coins and tickets. You get to the end of the story and they hold the last chapters hostage for over 400 coins for 1 chapter. Started only a week ago and so disappointed and frustrated. What a crock for an app. DO not get drawn in. Other app's are so much better. You actually get to finish the story.

I purchased the week reading for $11.99. I was charged $19.99, and was only able to read for less than 30 minutes. Customer Service was no help at all.

I've attempted to cancel my subscription for weeks in the app and email but customer service is nonexistent. All they want is your money. It's always the same "I'm away from my desk" excuse followed by end of conversation on their part. Had I known how difficult it would be to cancel I never would have subscribed. You don't allow for zero stars or negative stars, which is what I give this app and Parent Company. It is difficult to cancel the subscription because they use other pay services that you must go to in order to cancel your subscription. If you do not remember that payment service, you will continue to be billed. They lure you into buying coins without telling you in advance how much each chapter will cost. Once they realize you are captured by the story, each chapter becomes more expensive. By the time you near the ending of the story, it is insane how much is charged for a chapter; you may even have to buy more coins for the last chapter...UNBELIEVABLE. As one reviewer stated, by the time you get to the end, the story in incoherent and the grammatical mistakes too numerous to count. And to all you fellow avid readers, the FREE READS ARE NOT FREE EITHER... They get you hooked on the story and ultimately you end up fish food! COINS, COINS, COINS

There was a free one week and after that they were started to charge me. I downloaded yesterday but “somehow” they gave me a free week on last week. They are scammers. And even I bought vip ticket I still need to pay more tickets to read things

Es wurden 400 Euro abgebucht, obwohl die App seit 4 Wochen nicht mehr verwendet wird.

They steal your money as you can't cancel the subscription, very difficult and no customer support. Report to your credit card company for unauthorized billings. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Dies ist ein Abzocke reader. Entweder musst du unsäglich viel Werbung anschauen um ein paar Seiten lesen zu können und nachdem man einigen Werbeanzeigen gelesen oder angesehen hat ist die Seite zum freischalten plötzlich nicht mehr erreichbar. Oder man muss ständig Sterne oder Zugang zu den nächsten Seiten kaufen.
Dies ist die schlechteste App, die ich je ausprobiert habe. Zeitfresser oder überteuert. Jeder Kauf eines normalen Buches ist billiger.

I did not subscribe to their movies. And they still continue to take money out of my account. This is fraud. I got a new card and somehow they got my card number again

The app makes it impossible to cancel your subscription. I've tried multiple times, and the company just keeps trying to bill my card. It's a frustrating loop designed to keep taking your money. This has completely broken my trust. Avoid this service until they fix their unethical cancellation policy.
