Great product, fast delivery :-)

I’ve always had great customer service and the products come as shown on their site. They have really helped for me to be more mobile and independent. The products are worth the cost. Delivery was a reasonable time. I would recommend this company. Thank you.

Excellent customer support. I need a walker early and called customer service. They delivered really quick. The indoor walker quality is very good.

The pack was not opened and I asked to return them, they refused, now I am stuck with 4 useless handles.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I am very pleased with my purchase, well made and sturdy.

The customer service I received was fantastic. I placed the order online and was kept informed every step of the way. The Firefly Scooot was available to collect quickly and was put together perfectly by the friendly Bendigo staff who ensured it was set up appropriately for my son when I arrived to collect it. Thank-you for a pleasant experience.

Excellent service, friendly delivery and product was perfect for what we needed. Easy online transaction and follow-up to advise of estimated delivery time which was within a couple of days.

I was amazed to receive my new walker only 4 days after I ordered it. I am very happy with it as well.

We ordered an electric motorized chair for my father. Mobility HQ had the cheapest price for what we were after and for an extra $300 they would also unbox and set up the chair which we happily paid. However when the chair was delivered to the care facility they were not allowed inside due to health restrictions, so left the chair in the box. MobilityHQ would not refund the $300, easy money for them.

I needed a wheelchair at very short notice. On contacting the company, the stock was identified, and delivery following purchase was very prompt. The item is exactly as described and promised. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Mobility HQ. Lachlan assisted with absolute courtesy and responsiveness to my individual needs, for the entire selection, purchase, assembly and delivery of my two wheelchairs. I could not be happier with the service that I have received from Lachlan and his team at Mobility HQ.

I have had a wonderful experience with MobilityHQ after initially ordering my first chair which I found didn't have the right width for me.
After contacting them I was able to exchange and now have a chair that is just perfect.
The customer service was excellent and most helpful.
