ESCROQUERIE !!!!!!!!! je n’ai jamais reçu mon colis et je ne jamais et rembourser

dropshipping absolument honteux.
après avoir commander ma vitre arrière de téléphone 3 mois après toujours rien pourtant il n'hésiteront pas à vous spammer d'e-mail pour des personnalisation de coques inutiles.

Nul! 3 semaines après le colis n'est toujours pas arrivé et aucun geste commercial. Cela malgré des promesses de temps d'expédition inférieur à la réalité.

Jamais reçu mon colis du vol?

J'ai commandé une batterie "HB536479EFW" pour mon smartphone Huawei P50 Pro et je reçois une batterie ASUS "C11P2102" qui n'est pas compatible...
J'ai contacté le service client par mail à plusieurs reprises mais aucune réponse de leur part malgré mes relances.

Niet kopen via deze website! Dit zijn oplichters! Ik had een laptopaccu besteld, werd een defecte geleverd (waarschijnlijk oude tweedehands defecte accu). Schreef ik tot 3 keer toe voor een oplossing, helaas geen reacties. Mijn geld kwijt dus. U bent gewaarschuwd!

2 items besteld, 1 was het verkeerde item. Mail gestuurd, geen reactie, via instagram, geen reactie. Klanten service is een grap. Was ook de laatste x dat ik hier bestel.

I ordered a MacBook spare part and was sent a wrong part. At first the service responded to my mails telling me I should order a different part, not acknowledging that they sent me the wrong part. I even proved with images that they sent a wrong part. At some point they stopped responding to my mails and now I have a part I can't use and my money is gone.

Top, originele onderdelen werkt , verzenden snel ,als andere keer nog nodig zeker kom deze winkel terug

Fast shipping Bad experience. I bought from them an LCD screen for my pixel 6 pro it arrived in less than 24 hours but was defective with overheating issues and fingerprint reader not working when asking for support I was given no answer. I would not recommend.

Enviaram bateria errada, não respondem a emails. Será burla? comprei bateria original asus de 5000 mah e enviaram-me 4000 mah.

You have a poor customer service. The return button is there but does not work. I sent email you didn't reply but now sending me auto reminder. But the packaging was 10/10

I bought my mobile phone battery here, it is original, it is very good, I will definitely buy it again if needed, hope this one can provide more services

I was worried and almost cancelled the payment via my bank after reading the reviews and lack of communication plus the invoices and status on order shoes as not paid .
However item has arrived in very reasonable time and is as described , not an original part but good and does the job as the battery I was after is simply not stocked in the majority of UK shops .

Maybe the communication could be better but I would buy again .
