Same issues as everybody else. Looks like their website has been shut down and emails no longer going through. Never got my refund from them. Managed to get the money back from the bank. Reported them to Action fraud and watchdog a couple of weeks back. Hopefully they have bee shut down - well until they re-open under another name no doubt.

Ordered an item in February never arrived. Managed to get through to customer service and they said they have issue with stolen goods. I then cancelled my order and they said I will get a refund within 25 days. I never got refund emailed them twice since and No one replies. SCAM!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

If I could leave no stars that would be to many. Don't be fooled by the website. Please avoid at all costs. This company deals in nothing but fraud. Ordered Samsung s8 in feb 2018 still nothing still trying to get a refund. They don't answer emails or the phone. Have contacted credit card company for help. Lesson learned for me.

Ordered a smart watch, it did not arrive, followed up without requesting a cancellation and they cancelled my order and said I would get a refund. Hadn't asked for a cancellation, but figured this was probably the best way forward. Followed up a couple of weeks later when no money received, and they said it could take up to 25 working days. Followed up after this period and still nothing.

I ordered a phone. No phone was dispatched. They said 5 business days . When I contacted them they said it would take longer as the 5 days promise was after dispatch time. Then they asked for proof of adress for my delivery address which was my work. They wanted utility bills etc. I explained this wan't possible and no response, hence I cancelled via live chat (so I had proof) They said my refund would be in 25 business days. I gave them 30 business days and no money. I contacted my credit card company they refunded me and said they had issues with this company before. Do not touch with a barge pole. I received a notification of refund straight after this.Fancy that!!!!

Same old story with this company ordered and paid beginning of Feb, nothing arrived, cancelled order, I did have communication but all excuses it was only when refund way escalated through my credit card company that I got my money back. DO NOT USE THIS SITE IT SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE WEB

Items may be cheap but you do not get them….. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I'm afraid I have had the same experience as the other people on this page. I purchased a camera lens from this company 2 years ago. It was a bargain price and although it took a while to arrive it did eventually. I therefore had no qualms using them again. What a difference.... no reply from my emails for week after week. Eventually some daft story of stock being stolen...then... nothing. No refund, no response, nothing. I'm warning people now. Please don't fall for this like I did.

This is nothing other than a scan site. Looks professional with all sorts of gold certificates listed however they never answer the phone line, they dont answert the chat, and e-mails are ignored. In addition that account I created then ceased to exist and I couldn't even log on to my account. Managed to get my payment back from my credit card company.

Purchased a C200 video camera which they said was in stock and I should receive in 6 working days. 6 days passed with no email or even update, contacted their customer service number which kept going to answer machine stating to ring back during work hours of 9-5pm, baffling because I was calling around 11 am.

I then finally managed to get in touch with their customer service team and request my order cancelled. They confirmed cancellation and informed me I would receive payment in 10 days.

about 8 days passed and I then got an email saying they had a system problem and it would take 30 days to refund me. 30 days passed and nothing happened so I escalated this to my bank. I submitted some paperwork for fraud and eventually got the money back into my account. I am still, (3 months later) getting emails from their customer service team about the further delay in payment.

I am the latest to be sucked in.
Payment was taken on 25th March for £254.00. No communication from them, no smartphone delivered. Order status on their website is still 'unfulfilled'. All reviews below tell me this is fraud.
I raised a visa debit card diapute with my bank and reported mobicity to ActionFraud.
Having dug a little I can see the parent company Milkyway Distribution is a sham and they have already set up another site: onedigit als.co.uk

Please, please do not sent any money to this company.
I made an order for an item from this company which they couldn't fill in the time they said so I canceled the order. They said 'no problem' but there was a problem with their refund system and I would have to wait 25 days for my money. I did smell a rat but took them at their word and waited the 25 days. That deadline ended 20 March and the company have been ignoring my calls and emails since then. I am now sending my details to the fraud department of my bank for their consideration.

It's a shame I can't leave 0 stars they are a disgrace they processed my payment immediately for an item which turned out to be out of stock. 6 months later they are still making excuses. To add insult to injury they suggest using charge back through my bank which you can only use up to 120days after purchase, not 6 months. Avoid with 2 barge poles!

If you a reading the reviews before thinking of making a purchase from this site then please do not.
It is just a scam..
For those who are waiting who have made a purchase just call your bank and make a visa dispute to get your money back. Do not take their miss leading emails for granted.
Hopefully with so many reporting MobiCity UK to fraud police, they will get their scam website shut down

Me recomiendo a nadie que compre en mobicity , después de 3 meses ni el pedido ni el dinero, ahora tengo que ir a denunciar a ver si consigo mi dinero así, mi consejo es que nadie compre allí.
Mi pedido es el 503-8166 Llevo 3 meses esperando el pedido y después me lo anularon y llevo meses esperando el dinero, en todas las páginas que pueda voy a informar de esto.

Same story happened to me. I got scammed after buying a watch for £150. The watch never came and I was never refunded the money. They told me the same story about needing 25 business days in order to process the refund. Even after this time the refund never came. They have also stopped answering the phone number which is listed on their website. They don't answer emails either. Valuable lesson learnt: Check reviews on this site before putting in an order!

Complete scam operation - looks legit but couldn't be further from the truth.
Various cock and bull stories about the stock being stolen, delays, etc etc
Then they will cease contact when a refund is requested.

DO NOT touch them with a bargepole unless you want to lose your money.

Hopefully i can get a refund via credit card.

Purchased binoculars. They were never delivered and couldn't get any response from the company by email or phone. Have claimed the money back through my credit card!!
