100% SCAMMERS! I order some ingame currency 2 weeks ago and when i try to get some information about my order they always have the same answers like: "sorry for wait , i have checked for u , the supplier for this game is not reply us now , pls come back to check it later,when the supplier reply us we will send an email to contact you". Bull****. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! PS: Few days ago they said they will contact their supplier and tell him to send gold by post. Now i heard that they already spoke with him and he said to complete my order asap... Ridiculous

they supplier always offline, i have been waiting 5 days, and i don't get my own now.

Company is a for sure scam, Tried to purchase some NX credit from them, used paypal they said it needs to be western uninon, i said refund me since it was paypal they said no you must go pay western union first then we refund you paypal LOL stay away from this company,Also their supplier is never online for any game....ANY game be careful dont buy from them, Oh and their china number is cutoff so if you try to get refund to call them good luck with that, AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THEM BUY FROM OTHER MERCHANT!!

A moonth has passed, I have yet to accept the gold i bought. Always say that the supplier is offline, for a full month. No refund. 130 dollars gone. They delivered before, just not this one. Good scam site

I ordered AION KINAH but before i ordered, i asked first of they have stock and if they can give it immediately. They assure YES so i ordered and pay. but till now they wont give me the items. and they don't want to refund my money. THIS IS A SCAM! BEWARE!

They didn't fulfill my order and had me reupload my products everyday for a week.
After the 4th day, they fulfilled only a 1/3 and made me wait a few days for another 1/3, then another few days for the rest....

Horrible customer service, I dealt with Jacky through the live chat, not only was she extremely slow, she was rude and they didn't have enough gold to compensate for what I had purchased. She then went on and said okay lets do 10Mill since were doing it delayed and I accepted there terms, not but 2 mins later she takes it back and asks me why I wanted 10m...guys I cant make this up I have the chat log still open now. DO NOT BUY FROM MMose I Repeat DO NOT BUY from them. Buy from Avatarbank, they always deliver my gold within 10 mins and NEVER give me any bullsh!t!

Says on their website that they support paypal. I made an order using paypal, and then I told them that my paypal cleared. They told me that they do not work with paypal, and to try a different method. I felt scammed, and asked them to refund me then, and they just keep telling me to make an order using another method and they will refund me on paypal. I sent an email to them and they told me the same thing, and keep linking me to their live chats. Then they keep sending me Emails asking me to try using western union and they will refund me..

Don't buy. They have take the money from my credit card via paypal, after that they say that paypal is not accepted by them company (but is in their site like a method of payment) so they will refund when the menager come back. Never see my refund back, the chat operator is a bot.

its a complete scam been waiting for a week for something i never got

Placed an order here for some gold and I only recieved around 20% of the purchased amount.
When I contact the live chat they respond with robot answers telling the supplier is offline. I don't want default robot answers. I want a solution to the problem.

They promise delivery between 8min and 24 hours. And the 24 hours is almost up and I still miss 80% of the total money purchased.

I ordered 15m for dcuo as of 5/5/17 and it took about 1hour to come in.but decent service and decent amount of time.
