Fears unfounded great service

I emailed them and received a reply straight away explaining the reasons for delay and my whisky arrived as they said as described. So I would use the service again if it was the right scenario.

We generally dispatch within our delivery window of 4-7 working days after the order was received. Please accept our apologies that your order was dispatched on the eighth working day.
We request that all parcels are signed for on delivery and our courier honoured this and only delivered the parcel when they were able to receive a signature on the third delivery attempt.
